L’opération, portée par la SEMASMAR, aménageur pour la mairie de Matoury vise à aménagement et viabilisation la zone d’activité économique du quartier de Copaya. S’inscrivant dans une démarche de dynamisation du tissu économique dans une zone sensible, l’objectif est d’aménager 15 lots destinés à des entreprises de service, commerce ou artisanat. La surface totale s’élève à 46 672 m² (3ha hors PPRI) pour une surface cessible de 22 602 m². L’étude pré-opérationnelle a été réalisée en 2013 et financé sur la programmation 2007-2013 pour un montant de 104 944 €. Sont prévus sur la zone, des terrains viabilisés à vocation commerciale, des terrains viabilisés pour notamment des ateliers d’insertion portés par la CACL, et des terrains à vocations artisanales prévus à la vente entre 85€ et 70 €/m². La moyenne actualisée par France Domaine détermine un coût moyen d’environ 80 €/m². (French)

The pre-operational study was carried out in 2013 and financed from the 2007-2013 programming for an amount of EUR 104 944. In the area, commercially-used land, used land for insertion workshops carried by the CACL, and artisanal land intended for sale between EUR 85 and EUR 70/m² are planned for sale. The average discounted by France Domaine determines an average cost of about EUR 80/m². (English)
