The project consists of a fundamental change in the production process, a significantly improved model for a silo — feed with an external lehem ZLZ9L, and a self-supporting structure equipped with an additional ventilation system. The beneficiary shall be a small enterprise. The implementation of the project — from the first quarter of 2018 to the first quarter of 2019, is to increase the competitiveness and innovativeness of the firm. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: — a fundamental change in the production process of a significantly modified silo, not produced by any other company in the region, an increase in innovation by implementing the results of its R & D and providing retrofitting with state-of-the-art equipment for the production of silos, an increase in revenue, including exports, an increase in the integration of environmental considerations through the implementation of eco-innovation, a positive impact on sustainable management through the use of environmentally friendly operations, and a more efficient use of the currently available production capacity. The task of carrying out: purchase of new machinery and equipment (project outputs). RESULT INDICATORS: — Revenue from the sale of new or improved products/processes — Number of procedural innovations introduced — Number of product innovations implemented — Increase in export sales of the product concerned: — Number of enterprises supported — Number of enterprises supported for investments — Number of enterprises supported in eco-innovation — Number of enterprises supported in implementing R & D results — Number of enterprises receiving grants — Private investment complementary to public support for innovation or research and development projects — Number of enterprises supported to introduce products new to the market — Contributions to new fixed assets on the basis of innovation. PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest zasadnicza zmiana procesu produkcyjnego, znacznie ulepszonego modelu silosu zbożowo- paszowego z lejem zewnętrznym ZLZ9L, o konstrukcji samonośnej, wyposażonej dodatkowo w system przewietrzający. BENEFICJENTEM jest małe przedsiębiorstwo. Realizacja projektu- od I kwartału 2018 r. do I kwartału 2019 r. CELEM OGÓLNYM inwestycji jest wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności firmy. CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: -zasadnicza zmiana w procesie produkcji znacznie zmodyfikowanego silosu, którego nie produkuje żadna inna firma w regionie, -zwiększenie innowacyjności poprzez wdrożenie wyników własnych prac B+R i doposażenie w nowoczesny sprzęt do produkcji silosów, -wzrost przychodów, w tym z eksportu, -zwiększenie uwzględniania kwestii środowiskowych poprzez wdrożenie ekoinnowacji, -pozytywny wpływ na prowadzenie zrównoważonej gospodarki poprzez zastosowanie przyjaznych dla środowiska działań, -efektywniejsze wykorzystanie obecnie posiadanych zdolności produkcyjnych. Zadanie do realizacji: zakup nowych maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych (produkty projektu).
