The project involves the start of the production of a new, clean concrete product based on recycled aggregates, which has been crushed by concrete concrete. The new innovative product, which is the result of the work commissioned by the Applicant in the R & D work carried out by the applicant in the Białystok University of Technology, was declared by the Applicant for patent protection in Poland. The production and sale of BUMAX EKOBETE in a quantity of around 11 800 m³ in 2020 will result in an increase in revenue of approximately PLN 1,7 million for the company. The appliance that the applicant intends to purchase is an innovation on a national scale and is offered on the world market since May 2016. The new device will benefit from the advantages of improving the organisation of transport of the new product as well as saving fuel consumption, water, emission reduction and noise. In addition, the Applicant has planned the implementation of a marketing eco-innovation which will consist of implementing the so-called ‘company practice’. “Green Marketing” measures aimed at proposing and encouraging the use of an organic product to customers rather than traditional concrete, promoting green choices and consumer attitudes.     Projekt zakłada rozpoczęcie produkcji nowego, ekologicznego produktu - betonu z zastosowaniem kruszywa pochodzącego z recyklingu odpadu - przekruszonego destruktu betonowego. Nowy, innowacyjny produkt, który jest wynikiem zleconych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R wykonanych przez naukowca z Politechniki Białostockiej, został zgłoszony przez Wnioskodawcę do ochrony patentowej na terenie RP. Produkcja i sprzedaż BUDMAX EKOBETONu w ilości około 11800 m3 w 2020 roku przyniesie przedsiębiorstwu wzrost przychodów o około 1,7 mln zł. Urządzenie, które zamierza zakupić Wnioskodawca jest innowacją na skalę krajową - jest oferowane na rynku światowym od maja 2016 roku. Zastosowanie nowego urządzenia do praktyki przedsiębiorstwa przyniesie korzyści polegające na polepszeniu organizacji transportu nowego produktu, a także na oszczędnościach zużycia paliwa, wody, zmniejszeniu emisji spalin i hałasu. Ponadto Wnioskodawca zaplanował wdrożenie ekoinnowacji marketingowej, która będzie polegała na wdrożeniu do praktyki przedsiębiorstwa tzw. „zielonego marketingu” - działań, których celem jest proponowanie wśród klientów firmy ekologicznego produktu i zachęcaniu do stosowania go zamiast tradycyjnych betonów, propagowaniu ekologicznych wyborów i postaw konsumenckich.
