As part of this project, the applicant plans to set up a R & D unit and purchase the necessary research equipment in the form of equipment to implement the prototypes that are planned for the development of new products and specialised research equipment, which will enable the agreed scope of the studies to be carried out in the course of the work plan. The implementation of the project will allow the PARE company to carry out research on new products in the form of a product mix of wheel rims for cycling and all-composite rims for the active wheelchair. The products planned for the development will enable the company to enter the market of bicycle parts manufacturers and wheelchairs with a completely new, innovative offer which is currently not present on the domestic market. THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT FOR THE PURCHASE OF RESEARCH EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT FOR R & D ACTIVITIES WILL BE SUBMITTED TO: (1) Semi-, with equipment (1 specimen), 2) Images for drilling of holes in the rim (1 specimen), 3) The non-destructive testing equipment including equipment (1 art), (4) Kamera for thermo-vision testing with software (1 specimen), 5) Equipment for the testing of wheels together with equipment (1 specimen), 6) Tools and equipment (1 kpl.), 7) Equipment and equipment for equipment (kpl.),) Equipment to be used for R & D (1 kpl.). The implementation of the project in question and the scope of the work envisaged in the project will make it possible directly to increase the competitiveness and innovativeness of the company and to diversify the production and revenue sources. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu Wnioskodawca planuje utworzyć dział B+R oraz zakupić niezbędne wyposażenie badawcze w postaci urządzeń do wykonywania prototypów planowanych do opracowania nowych wyrobów oraz specjalistyczną aparaturę badawczą, która umożliwi realizację przyjętego zakresu badań wskazanego w założonym do realizacji planie prac. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu w pełnym zakresie pozwoli firmie PARE na przeprowadzenie prac badawczych nad nowymi produktami w postaci asortymentu kompozytowych obręczy kół rowerowych oraz kompozytowych obręczy do aktywnego wózka inwalidzkiego. Planowane do opracowania produkty umożliwią firmie wejście na rynek producentów części rowerowych i wózków inwalidzkich z całkowicie nową – innowacyjną ofertą, która nie występuje obecnie na rynku krajowym. ZAKRES PROJEKTU NA PLANOWANĄ DO ZAKUPU APARATURĘ BADAWCZĄ I WYPOSAŻENIE DO DZIAŁU BADAWCZO-ROZWOJOWEGO ZŁOŻĄ SIĘ: 1) Prasa półkowa wraz z wyposażeniem (1 sztuka), 2) Przyrząd do wiercenia otworów w obręczy (1 sztuka), 3) Urządzenie do badań nieniszczących wraz z wyposażeniem (1 sztuka), 4) Kamera do badań termowizyjnych wraz z oprogramowaniem (1 sztuka), 5) Urządzenie do badania kół rowerowych wraz z wyposażeniem (1 sztuka), 6) Narzędzia i wyposażenie (1 kpl.), 7) Wyposażenie do działu B+R (1 kpl.). Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu oraz założonego w projekcie zakresu prac pozwoli bezpośrednio na wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności firmy oraz na zdywersyfikowanie produkcji i źródeł przychodów.
