The project consists of the creation of a Development and Development Unit in MALOW, together with the necessary infrastructure and the conduct of industrial research on optimising the construction of metal furniture and development work on the development and creation of prototypes of efficient and automated manufacturing technologies. The final result of the project will be the prepared technical documentation for the new optimised construction of metal furniture, allowing them to be implemented in the company’s tender, as well as technical documentation for the new, efficient, automated process of manufacturing their furniture. Projekt polega na utworzeniu w firmie MALOW Działu Badawczo-Rozwojowego wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą oraz prowadzenia badań przemysłowych nad optymalizacją konstrukcji mebli z metalu oraz prac rozwojowych w zakresie opracowywania i tworzenia prototypów wydajnych i zautomatyzowanych technologii ich wytwarzania. Jest to projekt kompleksowy obejmujący swoim zakresem rzeczowym i merytorycznym: typ 1 – utworzenie Działu Badawczo-Rozwojowego na które sprowadzać się będzie wydzielenia z własnych zasobów pomieszczeń dedykowanych do obsługi Działu B+R oraz zakup infrastruktury wykorzystywanej i niezbędnej do prowadzenia prac B+R, opracowania założeń, przygotowywania próbek poddawanych badaniom, modelowania prototypów finalnych konstrukcji. typ 2 – prowadzenie badań przemysłowych nad optymalizacją konstrukcji mebli z metalu w zakresie poszukiwania najlepszych rozwiązań stosownie do oczekiwanych parametrów wytrzymałościowych, sztywności, trwałości i cech funkcjonalnych oraz prac rozwojowych sprowadzających się do konstruowania prototypów wydajnych i zautomatyzowanych technologii wytwarzania nowych produktów. Efektem końcowym projektu będzie przygotowana dokumentacja techniczna nowych zoptymalizowanych konstrukcji mebli metalowych pozwalająca na ich wdrożenie do oferty firmy jak również dokumentacja techniczna nowych, wydajnych, zautomatyzowanych procesów technologicznych ich wytwarzania. Wyniki projektu zostaną wdrożone do własnej działalności firmy w zakładzie produkcyjnym w Suwałkach. (Polish)
