The project aims at developing R & D R & D activities by means of the development of the R & D Centre and the implementation of the innovative work of R & D. The project is comprehensive and includes the following types of projects: Creation or development of R & D facilities for investment activities; The implementation of R & D R & D by the company. As a result of the implementation of the Project, the applicant will acquire the necessary research infrastructure, including fixed assets and intangible assets, enabling the implementation of R & D planned by the AC as planned in the Research Agenda for R & D, for the development and implementation of new and innovative products including, inter alia, LPG systems for an industrial engine powered by methane, sets of towing brackets for new auction models or a universal module for direction indicator lamps. In addition, in the framework of the R & D work planned under the Project, the AC will carry out industrial research and development related to the development of an innovative installation for the supply of alternative LPG/CNG motor vehicles for the propulsion of agricultural machinery. Currently the predominant form of power supply for agricultural machinery is diesel fuel, which is associated with the high cost of machine work and the high emissions of exhaust gases into the atmosphere. The implementation of an innovative gas system will reduce unit fuel consumption for the agricultural machine by ca. 12-25 %, which will translate into the reduction of emissions of pollutants, in particular NOx, PM. the R & D work carried out under the project will be carried out between 2 January 2017 and 31 March 2019. then, during the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024, AC will carry out the R & D work planned in the Research Agenda. The project will be implemented in Białystok, where the R & D Centre of the AC is located and comprises a total of 5 tasks, including 4 tasks reflecting the phases planned in the R & D project and the 1 phase of acquisition of the necessary research infrastructure. Projekt ma na celu rozwój działalności badawczo – rozwojowej AC S.A. poprzez rozwój Centrum B+R oraz realizację innowacyjnych prac B+R. Projekt ma charakter kompleksowy i obejmuje następujące typy projektów: - utworzenie lub rozwój zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego, służącego działalności inwestycyjnej; - prowadzenie przez przedsiębiorstwo prac B+R ukierunkowanych na wdrożenie. W wyniku realizacji Projektu, Wnioskodawca nabędzie niezbędną infrastrukturę badawczą, w tym środki trwałe oraz wartości niematerialne i prawne umożliwiające realizację zaplanowanych w Agendzie Badawczej prac B+R. Zaplanowane przez AC prace B+R dotyczą opracowania i wdrożenia nowych i innowacyjnych produktów, w tym m.in. instalacji LPG do silnika przemysłowego zasilanego metanem, zestawów haków holowniczych do nowych modeli aut czy uniwersalnego modułu kierunkowskazów do Quadów. Ponadto w ramach zaplanowanych w ramach Projektu prac B+R, AC przeprowadzi badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe związane z opracowaniem innowacyjnej instalacji do zasilania silników maszyn rolniczych paliwem alternatywnym LPG/CNG. Dominującą obecnie formą zasilania maszyn rolniczych jest olej napędowy, co wiąże się z wysokimi kosztami pracy maszyn oraz wysoką emisyjnością spalin do atmosfery. Wdrożenie innowacyjnego systemu gazowego przyczyni się do zmniejszenia jednostkowego zużycia paliwa dla maszyny rolniczej o ok. 12-25%, co przełoży się na ograniczenie emisyjności zanieczyszczeń, w szczególności NOx, PM. Prace B+R realizowane w ramach Projektu będą prowadzone w okresie od 2 stycznia 2017 r. do 31 marca 2019 r. Następnie w okresie od 1 kwietnia 2019 r. do 31 marca 2024 r. AC będzie realizowało prace B+R zaplanowane w Agendzie Badawczej. Projekt będzie realizowany w Białymstoku, gdzie znajduje się Centrum B+R innowacyjnych technologii AC i obejmuje łącznie 5 zadań, w tym 4 zadania odzwierciedlające etapy zaplanowanych w Projekcie prac B+R oraz 1 etap polegający na nabyciu niezbędnej infrastruktury badawczej.
