The overall objective of the project is to observe the extent to which partnerships between ESS and non-ESS companies are driving social innovation in terms of the renewed management of human resources and thus in terms of job creation. (under what conditions, in what forms, with what impacts...?) More precisely, it is first of all necessary to analyse how these partnerships, set in the specific context of integration through economic activity but also in other sectors of association action, modify the management and HRM practices of the actors involved, with a view to job creation but also affect the involvement of employees in their company, when they are fully involved in these rapprochements. The project then aims to help develop and optimise these partnerships so that they create more jobs and social innovation within each organisation. This project will be carried out as part of a collaborative operation led by AFPICL (Association of Founders and Protectors of the Institut Catholique de Lyon) for UCLY/CRESO, leader, in conjunction with its partner the association of AEHs (the Humanist Entrepreneurship Workshops).
