These four actions concern the South Grande-Terre (SGT) and Guadeloupe zones. 1 — **“Professional Title Family Employee — Sainte-Anne, Le Moule”.** The training will be divided into 3 technical modules which must specify the educational objectives, content and indicators of achievement. **ACTIVITY — TYPE I: Maintain an individual’s accommodation and linen (100 hours).** Skill: Establish a professional relationship as part of an individual’s maintenance service. Competence: Prevent domestic risks and work safely at an individual’s home Competence: Maintain accommodation with appropriate professional techniques and actions. Le projet "Développer l'employabilité des BRSA pour l'accès à l'emploi dans les secteurs innovants et en développement" compte 4 actions distinctes dans une stratégie tournée vers l'emploi. La formation apparait comme le premier outil de mobilisation des publics. Elle doit accompagner les mutations du marché du travail, le renforcement et l'adaptation des compétences et de l'employabilité. Ces actions tendent à favoriser l'accès à des qualifications d'un métier dans des secteurs innovants porteurs d'emplois, au développement de l'employabilité et à l'adaptation aux nouveaux métiers du numérique. Sont concernées par ces quatre actions, les zones Sud Grande-Terre (SGT) et zone Guadeloupe. 1 - **"Titre Professionnel Employé Familial - Sainte-Anne, Le Moule".** La formation sera découpée en 3 modules techniques qui devront préciser les objectifs pédagogiques, les contenus et les indicateurs de réalisation. **ACTIVITE - TYPE I : Entretenir le logement et le linge d'un particulier (100 heures).** Compétence : Etablir une relation professionnelle dans le cadre d'une prestation d'entretien chez un particulier. Compétence : Prévenir les risques domestiques et travailler en sécurité au domicile d'un particulier Compétence : Entretenir le logement avec les techniques et les gestes professionnels appropriés. Compétence : Entretenir le linge avec les techniques et les gestes professionnels appropriés. **ACTIVITE - TYPE II : Accompagner la personne dans les actes essentiels du quotidien. (174 heures)** Compétence : Etablir une relation professionnelle avec la personne aidée et son entourage. Compétence : Prévenir les risques, mettre en place un relais et faire face aux situations d'urgence dans le cadre d'une prestation d'accompagnement. Compétence : Contribuer à l'autonomie physique, intellectuelle et sociale de la personne. Compétence : Aider la personne à faire sa toilette, à s'habiller et à se déplacer. Compétence : Assister la personne lors des courses, de la préparation et la prise des repas. **ACTIVITE - TYPE III : Relayer les parents dans la prise en charge de leurs enfants à leur domicile. (140 heures)** Compétence : Définir avec les parents le cadre de l'intervention auprès des enfants. Compétence : Prévenir les risques et assurer la sécurité des enfants.
