Le projet vise à offrir un meilleur cadre aux usagers de l’espace vécu « Maison de quartier des Bruyères » en rénovant la toiture, l’espace intérieur et en améliorant la performance énergétique des bâtiments. Cette opération participe ainsi à l’amélioration du cadre de vie des usagers. Elle s’inscrit donc pleinement dans l’objectif d' améliorer les conditions de vie des habitants des communautés défavorisées pour ainsi réduire les inégalités constatées mais également rendre ces quartiers plus attractifs pour l’accueil de nouveaux habitants.
