The project consists of a deep and comprehensive energy renovation of 1 public buildings: A public primary school in Kaisko Śląskie in order to increase energy efficiency. Through the activities of the project, there will be a significant increase in the rationality and use of heat and electricity in the building with the important social role of education. The planned refurbishment of the building includes, but is not limited to: warming of walls, ceilings, modernisation of 1 heating and hot water installations including the installation of 1OF-heat pumps for use of water for use, as well as comprehensive replacement of lighting and implementation of the energy management system in the building. The project will lead to an increase in energy efficiency and reduced energy demand in the building. The energy savings resulting from the energy audit, in relation to the initial condition, for final energy are: 63.5 %. The project will include a green wall, which will serve both as an insulating and educational role in natural subjects. Payback Period: 18,99 years. The project will result in a 1 facility tailored to the needs of ON, 1, where improvements to the ON will be funded. The tangible effects of the project measured by the specific figures are as follows: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities: 1szt. Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities: 1szt. Number of modernised buildings: 1 units Number of renewable heat generation units built: 1 units Additional renewable heat generation capacity: 001 MWt thermal floor area of a renovated building: 2 791.04 m² Number of improved heat sources: 1szt.     Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka i kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna 1 budynku użyteczności publicznej: Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Kamieniu Śląskim w celu zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej. Poprzez działania projektu nastąpi istotne zwiększenie racjonalności i wykorzystania energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w budynku o znacznej roli społecznej, jaką jest edukacja. Planowana modernizacja budynku to m.in.: ocieplenie ścian,stropów, modernizacja 1instalacji grzewczej i ciepłej wody użytkowej wraz z instalacją 1OZE- pompy ciepła na potrzeby dogrzewania wody użytkowej, jak również kompleksowa wymiana oświetlenia oraz wdrożenie systemu zarządzania energią w budynku. W wyniku projektu zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna oraz ograniczy zapotrzebowanie na energię w budynku. Oszczędność energii wynikająca z audytu energetycznego, w odniesieniu do stanu początkowego, dla energii końcowej wynosi: 63,5%. W ramach projektu zainstalowana zostanie tzw. zielona ściana, która będzie pełniła zarówno rolę izolacyjną, jak i edukacyjną w zakresie przedmiotów przyrodniczych. Okres zwrotu inwestycji: 18,99lat. W wyniku projektu zapewniony będzie podjazd dla ON-powstanie 1 obiekt dostosowany do potrzeb ON,1 projekt, gdzie sfinansowano usprawnienia dla ON. Materialne efekty przedsięwzięcia mierzone konkretnymi wielkościami prezentują się następująco: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1szt. Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1szt. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 1 szt. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE: 1 szt.
