The subject of the investment is the thermal renovation of the public building, located on plot No 2802 of the Labour Code, 9 in Walice, ul. Konopicka 6. In addition to the main works related to the insulation of the building (inter alia insulation of walls, floor, replacement of windows) and energy modernisation in the form of replacement of the heat source, the project also implies the installation of renewable energy sources in the form of a heat pump. The project includes, inter alia, the replacement of a coal boiler on a boiler with a higher efficiency, an exchange of the classical system for preparing the CWU for the heat pump, the insulation of the walls of the outer shell and the insulation of the ceiling mineral wool, as well as the replacement of existing windows on windows with better thermal insulation. Products resulting from the project: Number of energy modernised buildings — 1; Usable surface area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 849.08 m²; Number of units of generation of thermal energy produced from RES to be built: 1; Number of upgraded heat sources — 1; Additional capacity of generation of thermal energy from renewable sources — 0,00134 MWt. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest termomodernizacja budynku Publicznego Przedszkola w Walcach zlokalizowanego na działce nr 2802 k.m. 9 w miejscowości Walce przy ul. Konopnickiej 6. Oprócz głównych prac związanych z dociepleniem budynku (m.in. ocieplenie ścian, stropu, wymiana okien) i modernizacją energetyczną w postaci wymiany źródła ciepła, projekt zakłada również montaż odnawianych źródeł energii w postaci pompy ciepła. Projekt zakłada m.in. wymianę kotła węglowego na kocioł opalany ekogroszkiem o wyższej sprawności, wymianę klasycznego systemu przygotowania CWU na pompę ciepła, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych warstwą styropianu i docieplenie stropu warstwą wełny mineralnej, a także wymianę istniejących okien na okna o lepszej termoizolacyjności. Produkty powstałe w wyniku realizacji projektu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 szt.; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji - 849,08 m2; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 1 szt.; Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt.; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych - 0,00134 MWt.
