The subject of the project carried out by the Municipality of Kolonia is to improve energy efficiency along with the thermo-modernisation of the site where two schools are located: PSP No 1 and PGO in Kolonowa, in order to increase the energy efficiency of this facility. All project activities aim at improving the ambient air quality in the region and training conditions. The work undertaken will help to improve security and make the most of energy savings. Based on an inventory of the plant and on the basis of an audit of the site, the following prac:wykonanie installation of ventilation systems for mechanical ventilation and the reading room of the library is planned, the conversion of electrical installations for power supply and for the installation of mechanical ventilation systems, the conversion of condensate from the gas unit and the conversion of the gas plant to the new boiler, the conversion of the gas installation for the new boiler, the replacement of the heating system within the boiler, the replacement of window frames with parappers and the reading room of the library, replacement of window frames with parappers, replacement of window frames with hot water tank; installation of two photovoltaic installations under 19,76kWp and 13,78kWp separately for both schools; the exchange of spring lighting on the leu. The building is located in the municipal register of Kolonowskie Municipal Monuments. The work has been agreed with the Opolskie Provincial Conservator. In the framework of the project, a single building with a surface area of 3 299.43 m² will be modernised, two on-site units will be built. energy from RES and one renewable heating unit will be built. The additional renewable energy capacity is 0,03 MWe and heat 0,025. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu realizowanego przez Gminę Kolonowskie jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej wraz z termomodernizacją obiektu, w którym znajdują się dwie szkoły: PSP nr 1 oraz PG w Kolonowskiem, pozwalająca zwiększyć efektywność energetyczną tego obiektu. Wszystkie działania projektowe mają na celu poprawę jakości powietrza atmosferycznego w regionie oraz warunków kształcenia. Podjęte prace przyczynią się do zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa oraz w głównej mierze pozwolą na większą oszczędność energetyczną. W oparciu o inwentaryzację obiektu oraz przeprowadzony audyt planuje się wykonanie następujących prac:wykonanie instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej sal lekcyjnych oraz czytelni biblioteki,przebudowę instalacji elektrycznej w zakresie zasilania i sterowania instalacją wentylacji mechanicznej,wykonanie instalacji odprowadzenia skroplin z central wentylacyjnych,przebudowę kotłowni gazowej–demontaż dwóch kotłów gazowych i zastąpienie ich jednym, nowym kotłem gazowym,przebudowę instalacji gazowej w zakresie przebudowy zasilania nowego kotła c.o.,przebudowę instalacji grzewczej w obrębie kotłowni w celu odłączenia dwóch „starych” kotłów i podłączenia kotła nowego,wymianę stolarki okiennej wraz z parapetami wew.,likwidację nawietrzaków podokiennych oraz kratek wentylacji wyciągowej w salach lekcyjnych oraz czytelni biblioteki,wymianę bojlera c.w.u. na powietrzną pompę ciepła z zasobnikiem c.w.u.,montaż dwóch instalacji fotowoltaicznych o mocy 19,76kWp i 13,78kWp – odrębnie dla obu szkół,wymianę oświetlenia jarzeniowego na tuby ledowe. Budynek ten znajduje się w gminnej ewidencji zabytków Gminy Kolonowskie. Prace uzgodniono z Opolskim Wojewódzkim Konserwatorem Zabytków. W ramach projektu zostanie zmodernizowany energetycznie jeden budynek o powierzchni 3299,43 m2, wybudowane zostaną dwie jednostki wytw. energii el. z OZE oraz jedna jednostka wytw. energii cieplnej z OZE. Dodatkowa zdolność wytw. energii el. ze źródeł odnawialnych wynosi 0,03 MWe, a cieplnej 0,025 (Polish)
