Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Powiatu Brzeskiego. Projekt ma zapewnić kompleksową pomoc osobom zagrozonym ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w usamodzielnieniu się, co ma przyczynić się do zapobiegania w przyszłości powrotom do patologicznych aspołecznych postaw oraz trwałego wykluczenia społecznego. Celem projektu jest przywrócenieuzyskanie samodzielności społecznej i zawodowej 54 osób zagrozonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez organizację zajęć pozaszkolnych.Realizacja projektu stanowi odpowiedź na istniejące potrzeby takie jak np. poprawa umiejętności społecznych, szkolnych oraz zminimalizowaniezmniejszenie barier w postaci zaburzeń zachowania czy niedostosowania społecznego. Założone cele zostaną osiągnięte poprzez następujące zadania projektowe:1. Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb2. Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych coaching3. Poradnictwo psychologiczne i społeczne 4. Wolontariat5. Kursy zawodowe6. Wizyty zawodoznawcze 7. Działalność Klubu integracji społecznej Efektem realizacji będzie: zmniejszenie barier takich jak zaburzenia zachowania i niedostosowanie społeczne zwiększenie motywacji i samooceny wzrost kompetencji zawodowych (Polish)
