For the past few years, the Office has been committed to reducing energy consumption, controlling heating costs, assisting and raising tenants’ awareness of eco-responsible actions. This approach is manifested by the thermal renovation of its heritage. The Office owns a 59-unit building, located at 2 rue Lulli in Montbéliard, in the heart of the Petite Hollande district, an old and dense district, which has been undergoing restructuring over the past few years (demolition, reconstruction, exterior improvements, thermal renovation, renovation of the heat network and substations). This building, built in 1968, was only partially rehabilitated in 1995-96. Important plant upgrading, roof and facade insulation, low and high floor insulation, replacement of exterior carpentry, creation of VMC, as well as embellishment, adaptability and security work were required. This work will restore attractiveness to the building and reduce energy consumption, allowing tenants to achieve savings in heating costs. (English)

(French)
