    Cette réhabilitation s’inscrit dans la volonté et la stratégie de Néolia, à réaliser des travaux de rénovation énergétique performante sur son patrimoine historique. Le bâtiment T2 a été construit en 1970, il est énergivore par une absence d’isolation et une enveloppe externe très vieillissante. Ces travaux permettront de faire réaliser des économies substantielles, par la baisse des charges primaire (chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire) et la baisse de charge électrique, aux locataires. Ce programme permet également de renforcer l’attractivité commerciale des bâtiments. (French)
