The aim of the project is to carry out the works of renovation and construction works on the historic villa located in Kraków at ul. K. the Great 105 together with its surroundings, i.e. the fence and fence, and its adaptation and equipment to introduce a new cultural and economic function. Site recorded in the Register of Historical Monuments under No A566, on the basis of the Decision of the City Council of Monuments, Sygn. Mr Kl.V.680.26873 of 05.12.1973. according to the text of the decision, a building and a garden are registered in the register, within the perimeter of the fence. The site remains in the Register of Historical Monuments, as confirmed by the provision of the Malopolska Region Conservator of Monuments, Sygn. OZr. 5136.260.2015.As of 17.12.2015, the entry and the certificate are an annex to the application. 1920 in the session style of the train station. The villa was owned by Fryderyk Poutusch, recognised by painter lwowokovski of the Young Poland period. The architectural concept is the result of the collaboration of the architect Gałązkowski with Mr Putschem. The garden was designed by Mr Putscha. In 1927, the villa lived with Prof. Poutsch with his family when he took office in the Kraków ASP. By 2008, the villa lived with the daughter and the heir of Dr Maria Pautsch. Since then, the site has not been resident until now. The interior, for many years, has not been reassembled, as evidenced by the fact that there is a small amount of backlog in walls and joiners, as well as the state of conservation of the site. The façades were never refurbished. In the past, the facility was located in the arts of art painting and of Prof. Poutsch.Poutschy.Real estate property, so far, the way in which the property was used was for residential premises. The facility will be dedicated to cultural and economic activities of the arts and cafeteria. The basement will be based on a boiler, storage rooms, a kitchen and a non-large bar where images will be displayed. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac remontowokonserwatorskich oraz budowlanych przy zabytkowej willi zlokalizowanej w Krakowie przy ul. K. Wielkiego 105 wraz z jej otoczeniem tj. ogrodem i ogrodzeniem oraz jej adaptacja i wyposażenie celem wprowadzenia nowej funkcji kulturalnej i gospodarczej. Obiekt wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod nr A566 na podstawie Decyzji Miejskiego Konserwatora Zabytków, Sygn. Kl.V.680.26873 z dnia 05.12.1973 r. Zgodnie z treścią ww. decyzji do rejestru wpisany jest budynek oraz ogród w granicach ogrodzenia. Obiekt pozostaje w rejestrze zabytków, co potwierdza Zaświadczenie Małopolskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków, Sygn. OZKr. 5136.260.2015.AS.DW z dnia 17.12.2015 r. Decyzja o wpisie oraz zaświadczenie stanowią załącznik do wniosku.Obiekt wzniesiony ok. 1920 roku w stylu secesyjnego dworku. Właścicielem willi był Fryderyk Pautsch uznany malarz lwowskokrakowski okresu Młodej Polski. Koncepcja architektoniczna jest wynikiem współpracy architekta Gałązkowskiego z F. Pautschem. Ogród zaprojektowany był przez F. Pautscha. W 1927 w willi zamieszkał prof. F. Pautsch z rodziną w momencie gdy objął stanowisko w krakowskiej ASP. Do 2008 r. w willi mieszkała córka i spadkobierczyni malarza dr Maria Pautsch. Od tego czasu do chwili obecnej obiekt jest nie zamieszkały. Wnętrze od wielu lat nieremontowane o czym świadczy niewielka ilość nawarstwień na ścianach i stolarce oraz stan zachowania obiektu. Elewacje nie były nigdy remontowane. W przeszłości w obiekcie znajdowała się pracownia malarstwa artystycznego oraz galeria prof. F. Pautscha.Dotychczasowy sposób użytkowania nieruchomości był z przeznaczeniem na lokale mieszkalne. Obiekt przeznaczony będzie na działalność kulturalną i gospodarczągaleria sztuki i kawiarnia. W podziemiu zlokalizowana będzie kotłownia, pomieszczenia magazynowe, kuchnia oraz nieduży bar, gdzie prezentowane będą obrazy. Parter przeznaczony będzie na pomieszczenia kawiarni, w której prezentowany będzie dorobek (Polish)
