En situation de travail sur le chantier d'insertion, les participant(e)s accueilli(e)s en CDDI participent à un engagement réciproque et s'engagent à produire : * une activité leur permettant une rémunération en respectant un cadre de travail * Un travail de réflexion et d'action visant à progresser dans le parcours d'insertion. * La structure d'espace emploi, en retour, apporte tout les moyens humains et matériels dont elle dispose pour accompagner les participant(e)s vers le même objectif. Pour cela les permanents se montrent à l'écoute des participant(e)s de manière à proposer des étapes et des objectifs adaptés à chacun(e)s. * Le chantier d'insertion s'engage aussi à faire émerger et valoriser leurs compétences dans le but de progresser dans leur parcours d'insertion et à communiquer avec les partenaires externes et internes Les chantiers d'insertion porteur de ces actions utilisent comme support métier le maraichage biologique et la ventre de sa production sous forme de paniers pour l'un et l'entretien des chemins et berges de rivières pour l'autre. Ces supports métier : * permet l'apprentissage d'un métier qui n'est pas forcément le projet professionnel de la personne accueillie * permet L'apprentissage ou réapprentissage d'un environnement de travail avec les règles de toute situation salariale * sert de lien social journalier pour maintenir la personne accueillie dans une dynamique emploi * sert de support à la révélation des freins à l'emploi et tenter leurs levés par un suivi et un accompagnement social et professionnel (French)

When working on the integration site, the participants welcomed on CDDI participate in a reciprocal commitment and undertake to produce: * an activity allowing them to pay within a working environment * A reflection and action work aimed at progressing along the path of integration. * The employment space structure, in turn, provides all the human and material resources it has to support participants towards the same objective. The integration sites carrying these actions use as a business support the organic maraiching and the belly of its production in the form of baskets for the one and the maintenance of the roads and banks of rivers for the other. These business supports: * allows the learning of a trade that is not necessarily the professional project of the person receiving * allows The learning or re-learning of a working environment with the rules of any wage situation * serves as a daily social link to keep the person in a dynamic job * serves as a support for the revelation of the barriers to employment and to attempt their removal through social and professional follow-up and support (English)
