Par une volonté politique de la Ville de Bron, qui souhaite participer à l'effort d'insertion des demandeurs d'emploi les plus en difficulté, le recrutement de personnes en contrats aidés (CAE) au sein des services municipaux a été mis en place dès 2005. L'objectif est de permettre à des demandeurs d'emploi en situation précaire, habitant le territoire de Bron, d'accéder à un emploi tremplin sur une durée de 6 à 24 mois. Cette action permet à 12 participants PLIE d'accéder à une étape emploi accompagnée pendant leurs parcours d'insertion. Ces contrats constituent une étape dynamique d'accès à l'emploi pour des publics en grande difficulté, étape autour de laquelle le salarié capitalise des savoir-faire et des savoirs-être. Pour permettre la réussite de cette action, RIB a développé une action d'accompagnement personnalisé de chaque personne recrutée dans ce cadre. Les salariés en contrats aidés sont accompagnés par une conseillère en insertion professionnelle de RIB qui travaille en lien étroit avec la Ville de Bron et les encadrants techniques au sein des services. L'accompagnement vise, d'une part, à faciliter leur intégration dans le poste et, d'autre part, à permettre des évaluations régulières ainsi que la formalisation de leur progression. Enfin, l'accompagnement est développé pour permettre aux participants d'accéder à un emploi pérenne à la fin de l'étape emploi. Thanks to the political will of the City of Bron, which wishes to participate in the effort to integrate jobseekers most in difficulty, the recruitment of persons on assisted contracts (CAE) within the municipal services was established in 2005. The aim is to enable jobseekers in precarious situations, living in the territory of Bron, to gain access to a springboard job for a period of 6 to 24 months. This action allows 12 PLIE participants to access a accompanied employment stage during their integration pathways. These contracts are a dynamic stage of access to employment for people in great difficulty, a stage around which the employee capitalises on know-how and know-being. To enable the success of this action, RIB has developed a personalised support action for each person recruited in this framework. Employees in assisted contracts are accompanied by a professional integration advisor from RIB who works closely with the City of Bron and the technical supervisors within the services. Support is intended, on the one hand, to facilitate their integration into the post and, on the other hand, to enable regular evaluations and the formalisation of their progress. Finally, support is developed to enable participants to gain access to a permanent job at the end of the employment stage. To this end, the RIB professional must seek employment contracts that correspond to the expectations of the participants concerned. (English)
