The project will be based on the construction of the selective municipal waste collection point in Proszowice in the plots 78414 and 23851, 23852, 2384, 6562. PSZOK will consist of a storage building with a social component, located on a plot of 78414 in steel and masonry technology. The site will be set up in the place where the building is in the economic building. Area of the proposed building 175.8 m². The subject of the investment is also the management of the land in the form of levelling and curing of the site, the areas of the green zone and the access to the plot. Surfaced area of 333 m² of paved, pedestrian and road surface, green surface area of 125 m². The project will be carried out in connection with the operation of the PSZOK, the sanitary and sewage systems and the power connections. The PSZOK will be enclosed and equipped with a hand pallet truck, sorbent cartridge for neutralisation of potential leaks, auxiliary tools, fire extinguisher, kit, 22 containers 1.1 m³, 5 box panel 500 l, container for fluorescent lamps, 2 casks 220 l, 2 containers with a cover of 120 l. this item will be collected and temporarily stored separately collected waste excluded from the municipal waste stream sent to the RIPOK municipal waste stream. In addition, the project provides for: the preparation and implementation of the project, including investor supervision, and the preparation of the necessary financial analysis for the residents of the Municipality of PSZOK, a collection of 23 waste fractions are planned for collection. Przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na budowie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów komunalnych PSZOK w Proszowicach na działkach 78414 oraz 23851, 23852, 2384, 6562. PSZOK będzie się składał z budynku magazynowego z częścią socjalnobiurową, zlokalizowanego na działce 78414 wykonanego w technologii stalowej i murowanej. Obiekt powstanie w miejscu będącego ruiną budynku gospodarczego. Powierzchnia projektowanego budynku 175,8 m2. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest również zagospodarowanie terenu w postaci niwelacji i utwardzeń terenu, dojść i dojazdu, urządzenia strefy zieleni i dojazdu na przedmiotową działkę. Powierzchnia utwardzonych ciągów pieszych i jezdnych 333 m2, powierzchnia terenu zielonego 125 m2. W przedsięwzięciu wykonane będą niezbędne do funkcjonowania PSZOK instalacje sanitarne i kanalizacyjne i przyłącz energetyczny. PSZOK zostanie ogrodzony oraz wyposażony wózek paletowy ręczny, pojemniki z sorbentami do neutralizacji ewentualnych wycieków, narzędzia pomocnicze, gaśnica, apteczka, 22 kontenery 1,1 m3 , 5 skrzyniopalet 500 l, kontener na świetlówki, 2 beczki 220 l, 2 pojemniki z pokrywą 120 l. W punkcie gromadzone będą i czasowo przechowywane przeznaczone do odzysku selektywnie zebrane odpady wyłączone ze strumienia odpadów komunalnych kierowanych na RIPOK. Ponadto w ramach projektu przewidziane zostały działania polegające na: przygotowaniu i realizacji projektu w tym nadzór inwestorski i przygotowanie niezbędnych analiz finansowych przeprowadzeniu kampanii edukacyjnoinformacyjnej dla mieszkańców GminyW ramach PSZOK planowane jest zbieranie 23 frakcji odpadów wskazane zostały w pkt. Q wniosku, Planowane jest utworzenie punktu przyjmowania rzeczy używanych nie stanowiących odpadów, celem umożliwienia ich ponownego użycia przez innych mieszkańców. (Polish)
