La clause de promotion de l'emploi constitue un outil complémentaire aux dispositifs d'accompagnement individuel des personnes en situation d'exclusion professionnelle. Elle permet de mettre en situation de travail des personnes qui n'auraient pas accès facilement au marché du travail au regard de leur inexpérience ou de leur durée d'inactivité. Personne-ressource pour les entreprises et les candidats, l'opérateur clause est présent tout au long du déroulement du processus jusqu'à validation Il est chargé de coordonner toutes les démarches en mobilisant toutes ses compétences et moyens nécessaires, pour atteindre le ou les objectifs fixés. Il occupe une fonction de conseiller en emploi et insertion professionnelle afin d'aider à la construction au respect des engagements de l'entreprise et du candidats. Cette fonction s'exerce à proximité des publics ciblés et dans des structures diversifiées, reconnues compétentes par les partenaires locaux. Les missions du chargé de projet emploi/insertion vise à coordonner le dispositif, l'évaluer et le perfectionner. (French)
