A l'initiative de la CAB et avec le soutien de ses partenaires institutionnels dont le FSE, l'école de la 2ème chance de Bastia a été crée début 2010 afin de répondre à une double préoccupation du territoire : - la demande d'accès direct à l'emploi de jeunes en insertion - la demande des entreprises à la recherche de personnel Après 2 années de fonctionnement, l'école de la 2ème chance a obtenu le label "école de la 2ème chance" délivré par le réseau e2c France sur l'avis de la Commission Nationale de labellisation après un audit réalisé par AFNOR. Dès lors, l'association intervient sur le territoire en faveur de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle des jeunes âgés de 16 à 25 ans dépourvus de diplôme ou de qualification et étant sans emploi. Elle a pour but de permettre d'acquérir les compétences sociales et professionnelles attendues par le monde du travail afin de leur assurer une insertion sociale et professionnelle durable. Les objectifs visés sont de permettre à des jeunes âgés de 16 à 25 ans d’accéder à un emploi ou d’entrer en formation qualifiante après avoir suivi un parcours de formation en alternance d’une durée de 9 mois. At the initiative of the CAB and with the support of its institutional partners including the ESF, the school of the 2nd chance of Bastia was created in early 2010 in order to respond to a twofold concern of the territory: — the request for direct access to the employment of young people in integration — the request of companies looking for staff After two years of operation, the second chance school has obtained the label “school of the 2nd chance” issued by the e2c France network on the opinion of the National Labelling Commission after an audit carried out by AFNOR. Therefore, the association operates in the territory to promote the social and professional integration of young people aged 16 to 25 who have no diploma or qualification and who are unemployed. Its aim is to acquire the social and professional skills expected by the world of work in order to ensure their sustainable social and professional integration. The objectives are to enable young people between the ages of 16 and 25 to enter a job or to enter qualifying training after completing a 9-month dual training course. (English)
