The operation is broken down into two separate actions. **The 1st action** consists of accompanying entries in the Employment of Future measure. It is characterised by the identification of the needs of the enterprises eligible for the measure, the identification of the target audience in accordance with the eligibility criteria, the placement of young people in employment and the support and follow-up of young people and enterprises until the end of the contract. The relationship managers for future jobs are the main interlocutors of young people and employers. Their role is to support young people on the choice of training and on employment. They also assist companies in setting up training, targeting training organisations and on financing opportunities (ex: OPCA). Since 1 September 2015, EAV-CAE business relations officers are the referents of the contract. They manage everything related to the contract (offering, pre-selection of applications, finalisation of recruitment, follow-up in employment, mediation, advice, support for young people and the company, etc.). Everything that can be peripheral to the employment contract (social problem and social life...) is managed by the youth’s counsellor. The young person’s counsellor and the business relations officer shall inform each other of events or situations which may have an effect on his or her career. **The second action** consists of accompanying young people as part of their preparation for exit, which is characterised by the implementation of actions, the mobilisation of the service offer of the MLJ and the partners with the aim of finding sustainable integration solutions. This action is part of the establishment by the DIRECCTE in July 2016 of the regional memorandum of understanding and collaboration — **Action plan and mobilisation for young people leaving jobs in the future.** In the framework of an Operational Cell set up for this purpose, Cap Emploi, Pôle Emploi, the DIRECCTE and the Local Mission of Nîmes meet each month to study, on a case-by-case basis, the final assessments (established two months before the end of the contract) of young people leaving the Employment of Futures contracts and in order to propose coordinated solutions for each young person. The idea is to offer a partnership service to young people based on the principles of complementarity, collaboration and reciprocity of operators. Young people without a job or training situation at the end of their contracts benefit from enhanced support Post Emploi d’Avenir, which consists of receiving the young person at one month, 3 months and 6 months after the end of his contract in order to secure the continuation of the course. The operational cell determines which of the three operators (Pôle Emploi/MLJ/Cap Emploi) will be in charge of monitoring. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)

The operation is broken down into two separate actions. **The 1st action** consists of accompanying entries in the Employment of Future measure. It is characterised by the identification of the needs of the enterprises eligible for the measure, the identification of the target audience in accordance with the eligibility criteria, the placement of young people in employment and the support and follow-up of young people and enterprises until the end of the contract.
