L'opération d’AGEFOS PME Rhône-Alpes comprend 1 action « animation de projets », 1 action « dossier individuel de formation » et plusieurs actions de formations collectives. **_L’action « animation de projets »_ **consiste pour les salariés d’AGEFOS PME Rhône-Alpes, à se déployer auprès des entreprises pour appréhender les besoins en formations des entreprises et favoriser ainsi l’émergence d’actions collectives de formations, ou individuelles. Elle comprend également les activités de gestions liées à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des actions de formation cofinancées. **_L’action « dossiers individuels de formation »_** (764 participants) comprend les formations nécessaires pour adapter les compétences du salarié au regard d’un besoin identifié dans son entreprise, pour sécuriser son parcours professionnel, pour améliorer son employabilité. Les actions individuelles correspondent à des parcours thématiques de formation de 35 heures minimum. Les actions individuelles de formation interviennent dans des secteurs d’activités non couverts par un partenariat contractuel de la DIRECCTE. **_Les actions de formations collectives_ **sont regroupées par filière ou ciblent spécifiquement les TPE. **_FORMATIONS TPE_** Formations TPE : 721 participants La durée des formations (21 à 35 heures) est adaptée aux contraintes des entreprises de petites tailles (le départ en formation de salariés de TPE est souvent compromis par les difficultés que rencontrent les plus petites entreprises en matière d'organisation de la formation).
