the aim of the PRACORMat project is to study and develop, at the laboratory level, multifunction reactive surfaces with new properties in contradiction with the substrate material. The resulting reactive surfaces must incorporate the required switching of materials of the future such as conduction/insulation, adhesion/anti-adhesion, electromagnetic shielding, texturing. To develop its reactive surfaces, various innovative, clean and sustainable processes will be studied and implemented, namely cryogenic supercritical nitrogen/high pressure water jet, cold spray and laser/CLAD. The CRITT TJFU is the scientific and technical coordinator of PRACORMat. It will contribute to the development of reactive surfaces through its N2/H2O and Cold Spray processes. The CRITT CM2T will bring its expertise in Cold Spray process and metallurgical characterisation of modified surfaces. IREPA LASER will be involved in the development of laser/CLAD reactive surfaces. The Institute of Soudure will bring its expertise in characterising functionalised surfaces in relation to the needs of the lightening market in particular. While CERFAV will bring its expertise in the development of glass materials. The role of CIRTES, a Stratodesign specialist, will be to design and produce model test samples and to characterise surfaces from the point of view of assembly by Stratodesign. (English)
