The aim is to offer these people a job and part-time opportunity, working contracts of 9 a.m. weekly. This possibility will allow them to be employed, thus benefiting from a part-time employment contract in the form of CUI CAE The work support will be located on the green spaces of the Departmental Council. This will include: • Cultivation and enhancement of the Departmental Council House site and promotion of biodiversity (rather than a systematic mowing). Maintenance of so-called green spaces. • Co-design and mentoring of a team of people away from employment and beneficiaries of the RSA in order to discover the work of the land while gradually returning to work via a path adapted to them. • Awareness raising and pedagogy on environmental education and citizenship, knowledge and uses of plants, ecosystems, etc.) • Discovery and knowledge of integration structures through economic activity with the visit of other structures From January 2018, a speaker will accompany the beneficiaries of the RSA, in order to encourage them to return to sustainable employment, raise awareness and involve them in the protection of the environment and the production of healthy and diverse products. The drawing and development of this garden will be imagined with its participants as well as with the members of the CD on the basis of free volunteering. L’objectif est d’offrir une opportunité d’emploi et de travail à temps partiel à ces personnes, contrats de travail de 9h hebdomadaires. Cette possibilité leur permettra d’être salariés, donc de bénéficier d’un contrat de travail à temps partiel sous la forme de CUI CAE Le support de travail sera situé sur les espaces verts du Conseil Départemental. Il s’agira de : • Mise en culture et en valeur du site de la Maison du Conseil Départemental et favorisation de la biodiversité (plutôt qu'une tonte systématique). Entretien des espaces dits verts. • Co-conception et encadrement d'une équipe de personnes éloignées de l’emploi et bénéficiaires du RSA afin de découvrir le travail de la terre tout en revenant progressivement au travail via un parcours qui leur est adapté. • Sensibilisation et pédagogie sur l'éducation à l'environnement et la citoyenneté, connaissance et usages des plantes, des écosystèmes, etc.) • Découverte et connaissance des structures d’insertion par l’activité économique avec la visite d’autres structures A partir de janvier 2018, Une intervenante y accompagnera des bénéficiaires du RSA, afin de favoriser pour eux un retour à l’emploi durable, les sensibiliser et les faire participer à la protection de l’environnement et à la production de produits sains et divers. Le dessin et le développement de ce jardin sera imaginé avec ses participants ainsi qu’avec les membres du CD sur la base du libre volontariat.
