The objective of the project (P) is to: Increasing the quality of general education in the development of key competences in the General Schools of the Schools in the Sejny, by raising the teaching competences of 24 (18K) teachers in general and the provision of supplementary courses for pupils to 122 (68K) to 31.07.2020. The objective will be measured on the basis of a survey of the level of competence at the beginning and at the end of the activities of the P, i.e. on the basis of the examination of knowledge in the field of mathematics. (an improvement of at least 1 points in the 5nd scale applied to the test at the beginning of the implementation P). The main objective will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives of: 1. Design and development of students with the competences necessary for the labour market through activities of developing expressions of interest (combine, chemistry, geography, physics, language and digital competences and programming), societal competences, education and training advice, entrepreneurship and innovation and compensation (maths, chemistry) (Type 1) to 06.2020 2. Improving teachers in methods and methods to shape students with key competences needed in the labour market through practical training, in the fields of social skills, entrepreneurship and innovation (Type 2) to 06.2019 3. Increase the use of the advantage. ICT at school through the purchase of equipment and training for teachers up to 06.2018 (ICT and web programming) and students (programming) in this field (Type 4) to 06.2020. At the end of the glass, each UP will accede to the above. Vcc in order to validate the competences. The copy will be obtained by 24U (18K), obtaining a certificate so that a certificate can later be applied to the teaching, resulting in an improvement in the quality of the certificate. Celem projektu (P) realiz. w Partn. jest: Podniesienie jakości kształcenia ogólnego w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych w Zespole Szkół Ogólnokształcących w Sejnach poprzez podniesienie kompetencji dydaktycznych 24 (18K) nauczycieli kształcenia ogólnego oraz realizację zajęć dodatkowych dla uczniów Liceum 122(68K) do 31.07.2020r. Pomiar realiz. celu nastąpi w oparciu o badanie poziomu kompetencji na początku i po zakończeniu zajęć realizowanych w ramach P, tj. na podstawie sprawdzenia wiedzy w zakresie przedmiotów matemat.-przyrod. i informat., oraz ankiety badania poziomu kompetencji społ. (poprawa o min. 1 pkt w 5-ciu st. skali w stos. do badania na początku realizacji P). Cel główny zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych: 1. Kształtow. i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez realiz. zajęć rozwijających zainteresowania (komp. społ., chemia, geografia, fizyka, kompetencje językowe i cyfrowe oraz programowanie), kompetencje społeczne, doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe, przedsiębiorczość i innowacyjność i wyrównawczych (matematyka, chemia) (Typ 1) do 06.2020 2. Doskonalenie nauczycieli w zakresie metod i form sprzyjających kształtowaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. poprzez realiz. szkol. z zakresu kompet. społecznych, przedsiębiorczości i innowacyjności (Typ 2)do 06.2019 3. Zwiększenie wykorzyst. TIK w szkole poprzez zakup wyposaż. i szkolenia dla nauczycieli do 06.2018 (wykorzystanie TIK i programowanie serwisów www) oraz uczniów (programowanie) w tym zakresie (Typ 4) do 06.2020. Po zakończeniu szk. dla nauczycieli każdy UP przystąpi do egz. zew. VCC co umożliwi walidację kompetencji. Rez. będzie uzyskanie kompet.i kwalifikacji zaw. przez 24U (18K) potw. uzyskaniem certyfikatu, tak, aby później zastosować zdobyte kwalifikacje w nauczaniu – efektem będzie poprawa jakości kształ.
