GR is 32 min. min. 63 % to kob., from gm. to the inactive or unemployed or/and working on their own farm, to family members of their families who provide free assistance — at risk of poverty and social exclusion because of: — low levels of psychological, psychosocial, social and occupational skills and skills, cause isolation towards society and the labour market. — the limited access to the possibility of filling out the above deficits, to development and to self-realisation. It is assumed that a minimum of 10 % of the target will be of a disability. It is also acceptable to cover actions with respect to the environment of the UP. The project has been suspended. 5 zd.: 1) a diagnosis of the individual needs of the UP; 2) Social branch, directed at the BO; (2) payment of the allowances. Expenditure on education and training; 4) UAI’s diagnosis of the UAI shall be carried out on the turkey legs; (5) IPD verification. GMINA ROPA - GMINNY OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W ROPIE

Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziom wiedzy i umiejętności psychologicznych, psychospołecznych, społecznych i zawodowych u klientów GOPS Ropa zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, do 29.XII.17 r. Projekt realizowany będzie w ’16 r: VII-XII, a w ’17 r: I-XII. Gr. docelowa to 32 os. min. 63% to kob., z terenu gm. R., bierne zawodowo lub/i bezrobotne lub/i pracujące na własnym gosp. rolnych, os. z ich rodzin świadczące nieodpłatną pomoc - u których stwierdzono zagrożenie ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. z powodu: - niskiego poziom wiedzy i umiejętności psychologicznych, psychospołecznych, społecznych i zawodowych, wywołujący izolację w stosunku do społeczeństwa i rynku pracy. - ograniczonego dostępu do możliwości uzupełnienia powyższych deficytów, rozwoju i samorealizacji. Zakłada się, że min. 10% gr. docelowej będą stanowić os. niepełnospr. Dopuszcza się również objęcie działaniami os. z otoczenia UP. Projekt zawier. 5 zad.: 1) Diagnozę indywidualnych potrzeb UP; 2) Pracę socj. skierowaną na BO; 2) Wypłatę zasiłków cel. (w.wł.pien.) na wydatki w zw. z uczesz. w proj; 4) Zrealizowanie UAI przyjętych na pods. indyw.diagnoz; 5) Weryfikację IPD. Główne rez. proj.: - 4 os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; - 4 os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu; - 5 os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., pracujących po opuszczeniu programu; - 12% os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., osób z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz osób niepełnospr.i sprzężonymi, które po zakończeniu udziału w proj. podjęły zatrudnienie (wśród upraw.UP) - 22% os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w proj. podjęły zatrudnienie zatrudnienie (wśród upraw.UP) (Polish)
