As part of the project, the Applicant will implement a B2B system with its administration. The implementation of the B2B system will directly affect the modernisation of business processes and respond to the expectations of business partners that expect the automation of business processes. Support for the undertaking’s internal computerisation, the use of state of the art technological and organisational developments for the introduction of modernisation processes to support the day-to-day operation of the company will consist of the following implementation by the Applicant of the following B2E’s ICT solutions in the following areas: The ERP system — ERP system, Production system — new manufacturing system will be prepared for the current “know how” of an undertaking which meets all of its tasks associated with production planning, processing of orders, workflow management and mobile applications (iOS and Android) with separate views for individual work stations, including the possibility of scanning labels and updating the status of performance of tasks, including positions, raw materials, preparation of textiles, assembly, storage, sales, production management and direct packaging of the project being implemented: Number of actors using information and communication technology 1 Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (subsidies) PLN 362 882,04; The number of enterprises supported with a view to introducing new products to company -1 companies Other non-demonstrated indicators shall have a value equal to zero. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca wdroży system B2B wraz z konfiguratorem. Wdrożenie systemu B2B wpłynie bezpośrednio na modernizację procesów biznesowych i jest wyjściem naprzeciw oczekiwaniom partnerów biznesowych, którzy oczekują automatyzacji procesów biznesowych. Wsparcie procesów informatyzacji wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstwa, wykorzystania najnowocześniejszych osiągnięć technologicznych i organizacyjnych dla wprowadzenia procesów modernizacyjnych wspomagających bieżącą działalność firm będzie polegało na wdrożeniu przez Wnioskodawcę następujących rozwiązań teleinformatycznych typu B2E w następującym zakresie: System klasy ERP – Platforma ERP, System Produkcyjny - nowy system produkcyjny będzie przygotowany do obecnie stosowanego „know how” przedsiębiorstwa spełniającego ogół zadań związanych z planowaniem produkcji, przetwarzaniem zleceń, zarządzaniem przepływem pracy oraz Aplikacja mobilna (iOS i Android) zawierające odseparowane widoki dla poszczególnych zadań per stanowisko pracy, wraz z możliwością skanowania etykiet i aktualizacji statusu wykonania zadań, wliczając w to również stanowiska, ciecia surowców, przygotowania tkanin, montażu, magazynu, sprzedaży, zarządzania produkcją oraz pakowania Bezpośrednimi produktami realizowanego projektu będą: Liczba podmiotów wykorzystujących technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne 1 szt. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) 362 882,04 PLN; Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy -1 przedsiębiorstwa Pozostałe niewykazane wskaźniki przyjmują wartość równą zero.
