For 5 years, the CFA agricole de Saône et Loire has continued its collaborative work within the CFA-AGRI network in order to constantly improve the training system for young people in DIMA. The approaches and tools created have been shared at regional level. Depuis 5 ans, le CFA agricole de Saône et Loire poursuit son travail collaboratif au sein du réseau CFA-AGRI afin d’améliorer constamment le dispositif de formation des jeunes en DIMA. Les démarches et outils créés ont été mutualisés au niveau régional. Les travaux entrepris ont conduit : - à l’amélioration des conditions d’entrée en formation (candidature, procédures de positionnement…) - au développement du suivi du jeune (convention de stage, entretiens en cours de formation, carnet de liaison avec l’entreprise, visites en entreprises…) - en prenant appui sur le livret de l’éducation nationale, à accentuer la prise en compte des compétences acquises en centre et en entreprise pour les valoriser ensuite, avec une inscription au CFG (mise en avant des activités réalisées en entreprise) ou lors de la recherche de maître d’apprentissage (mise ne avant de compétences transversales et de comportements professionnels, élaboration de CV) - à l’élaboration de fiches pédagogiques permettant d’aborder des thématiques (égalité hommes/femmes, addictions…) ou des disciplines (mathématiques, expression…) en prenant appui sur la pédagogie de projet - à des échanges de pratiques entre les centres sur l’individualisation des parcours et la mise en œuvre de projets - à travailler sur des valeurs (notions de respect, travail et progression) - à la mise en place d'une semaine de formation commune consacrée à la connaissance des métiers et formations porteurs d'emplois (French)
