If the operation is broken down into separate actions, give their title and explain how these actions relate to the implementation of your project (the content of the actions will be dealt with in one form per action). Our mission consists of accompanying the participants who are guided by the operational technical committee by co-construction, with each, of an individual career path aimed at professional integration, by the joint drafting of the reciprocal employment contract for the participants benefiting from the RSA (since we are in fact the professional sphere for the participants concerned and we will ensure that they are integrated into the system). After explaining the framework of our intervention, its funders, our respective obligations, we make a “photo” of the social, family situation, economic difficulties, justice, health, mobility, housing, qualifications, experiences, knowledge and know-how,... of each participant. After doing this, we establish with each one a personalised pathway that can call on a network of social and/or professional integration partners either consist of objectives, steps to be taken by the participant. Each path is thus marked by various intermediate stages, which are the subject of a follow-up on our part by coordinating the actions put in place, verifying them, and evaluating them. Si l'opération se décompose en actions distinctes, citez leur intitulé et expliquez l'articulation entre ces actions pour la mise en œuvre de votre projet (le contenu des actions fera l'objet d'une fiche par action). Notre mission consiste en un accompagnement des participants qui nous sont orientés par le comité technique opérationnel par la co-construction, avec chacun, d'un parcours individuel visant l'insertion professionnelle, par la rédaction conjointe du contrat d'engagement réciproque à visée professionnelle pour les participants bénéficiaires du RSA (puisque de fait nous sommes référents sphère professionnelle pour les participants concernés et que nous veillerons à leur intégration dans le dispositif). Après avoir expliqué le cadre de notre intervention, ses financeurs, nos obligations respectives, nous faisons une « photo » de la situation sociale, familiale, des difficultés économiques, de justice, de santé, de mobilité, de logement, des qualifications, expériences, savoirs et savoir-faire, … de chaque participant. Après avoir fait cet état des lieux, nous établissons avec chacun un parcours personnalisé qui peut faire appel à un réseau de partenaires de l'insertion sociale et/ou professionnelle soit consister en des objectifs, démarches à réaliser par le participant. Chaque parcours se voit donc jalonner d'étapes intermédiaires diverses qui font l'objet d'un suivi de notre part par une coordination des actions mises en place, une vérification de celles-ci, une évaluation.
