Cette opération a pour objectif : -d'élargir les choix professionnels des publics féminins, notamment vers des métiers « dits masculins » -De construire avec et pour les entreprises une offre de service adaptée en appui à la réalisation de leurs objectifs RSE En 2018, la Maison de l'emploi Ouest Provence élargit son offre de services, en travaillant également avec les femmes les plus éloignées de l'emploi : habitantes des Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville (dont les plus en difficultés sont les jeunes et les femmes).
