ARCNAM includes psychologists operating in the context of the Competence Assessments, the “CRP” and the VAE as one of its team of stakeholders. This action must be carried out jointly by a psychologist consultant, the PLIE referent, and the beneficiary himself. The selection of the psychologist consultant(s) will be made taking into account the following criteria: \- his basic training \- his knowledge and practice of the tools used in this action (counseling, psychometry, Lecomte method) \- his practice and conviction to work co-constructively \- his hourly billing cost The PLIE referent will have a decisive role in identifying the public to benefit from this type of action. The beneficiaries will have to be involved in their balance sheet, and for this purpose semi-directive interviews will be used, as well as reformulation techniques and other adapted tools. The interviews will take place face-to-face in a dedicated room used by the Cnam or in another place in the territory, always in consultation with the PLIE and with the speaker. The individual and overall monitoring of the action will be carried out through an individual link sheet, a summary schedule of interviews, and engraving sheets. The phase will be as follows: \- selection of the public by the PLIE referents in connection with the Cnam and the psychologist consultant \- a series of individual interviews up to 20 hours per beneficiary: multidimensional clarification interviews, interviews with ‘professional interests’, interviews with a view to forming the final Porfolio, The consultants are in close contact with the PLIE referents about the presence or absence from the RV of interviews, in the event of a beneficiary being abandoned, to bring beneficiaries into the scheme, to make regular progress points, to raise any questions from the beneficiaries. \- intermediate meeting with the various stakeholders \- final restitution interview (in the presence of the PLIE referent) The management of the action will be carried out by the director of the centre of Saint-Denis: overall coordination, preparatory meetings, intermediate meetings and reviews with PLIE Mode d’Emploi and consultants, recruitment of consultants. Administrative coordination by the Training Assistant: management of the hours through the attendance sheets, management of rooms, management and monitoring of schedules, regulation of stakeholders, preparation for invoicing. The accountant will be responsible for the invoicing and management of accounting records. Headquarters resource persons are involved in the file for various tasks, including recruitment, management and HR. A time sheet will be completed for each of the Cnam employees who will be involved in this file. It will specify the actions carried out, the dates and their duration, and will justify the hours spent by the employee’s signature. The individual action consists of 10 to 12 face-to-face interviews, i.e. 20 hours per beneficiary, plus two hours of individual final review, and two hours of individual follow-up by the consultant, i.e. 24 hours in total. Five work periods articulate the individualised resource balance: Two interviews are devoted to the multidimensional clarification of the problem to be solved. This phase allows the beneficiary to state its problems and questions. It must lead to the development of a working alliance that makes it possible to contractualise the nature of the support and its purpose. Three interviews are intended to update, comment and work on the person’s professional interests. This phase is an essential articulation in determining the motivations that can be used as a basis for the development of the project. Five interviews are the detection phase of available and transferable resources. The portfolio used is a tool to help explain your personal trajectory and career path. A step-by-step approach is needed in order to work with the individual on the experiences he or she considers to be significant. The idea is to talk about past experiences and develop new ones.
