L'équipe d'encadrement est composée de: \- Une accompagnante socioprofessionnelle qui a pour objectif d'accompagner, au sein de la structure, la personne dans son projet professionnel, de lui apporter une aide à la résolution de ses freins à l'emploi, d'établir des relations et partenariats avec les partenaires tels que les travailleurs sociaux, PE, les organismes de formation...., l'objectif étant de construire le parcours d'insertion avec le ou la salarié(e). \- Deux encadrants techniques qui intègrent la personne recrutée au sein de l'équipe de travail, la met en situation d'apprentissage sur chaque poste de travail (parcours pédagogique) et évalue ses compétences techniques et transversales durant le parcours. L'équipe d'encadrement travaille ensemble sur le suivi de parcours de formation, sur l'évolution des projets professionnels de chaque salarié(e) et des difficultés rencontrées durant son parcours au sein de la structure.
