Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving: — 36 unemployed — 13 inactive 2. Number of persons employed, including self-employment, upon leaving — 20 unemployed — 7 inactive. The target group (GD) is 30K and 30M, whether physical, unemployed, i.e. unemployed, job seekers and inactive, aged 30 and over, including: — 22K and 22M unemployed — 8K and 8M inactive, including in addition: 1. 4k and 2M long-term unemployed 2. 14k and 16M with low qualification 3. 2k and 4M above the age of 50 years 4. 7k and 8M with disabilities 5. 3k other than those resident only (100 % GD) in districts where the unemployment rate exceeds the average for Małopolskie Province.     CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu KIERUNEK RYNEK PRACY jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 30 K i 30 M bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących OSI w województwie małopolskim, w okresie od 1.6.2016 do 30.11.2017, będących osobami znajdującymi się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. powyżej 50 roku życia, niepełnosprawnymi, długotrwale bezrobotnymi, niskowykwalifikowanymi i kobietami. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu w wyniku uczestnictwa 60os. bez pracy w dobranych indywidualnie formach pomocy obejmujących: - opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania - dla 60 os. - indywidualne wsparcie specjalistów - dla 60 os. - kompleksowe pośrednictwo pracy - dla 60 os. - kursy i szkolenia zakończone egzaminem i wydaniem dokumentu potwierdzającego nabycie kwalifikacji – dla 60 os. - staże, dostępne dla 25 os. Główne REZULTATY: 1. Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: - 36 os. bezrobotnych - 13 os. biernych zawodowo 2. Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu: - 20 os. bezrobotnych - 7 os. biernych zawodowo. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ (GD) jest 30K i 30M, os. fizycznych, pozostających bez pracy, tj. os. bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy i bierne zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w tym: - 22K i 22M bezrobotnych - 8K i 8M biernych zawodowo, w tym dodatkowo należących do grupy: 1. 4K i 2M długotrwale bezrobotnych 2. 14K i 16M o niskich kwalifikacjach 3. 2K i 4M w wieku powyżej 50 lat 4. 7K i 8M niepełnosprawnych 5. 3K z innych gr. niż ww. zamieszkujących wyłącznie (100% GD) na obszarze powiatów, w których wysokość stopy bezrobocia przekracza średnią dla woj. małopolskiego.
