Notre projet se propose de favoriser l'accès des jeunes rencontrés, éloignés de l'emploi, à un parcours proposant différentes actions éducatives et des modalités d'accompagnement individuels et collectifs spécifiques. **Des journées de chantiers éducatifs** en situation de salarié avec le concours d'association intermédiaires locales. L'activité de chantier éducatif sera localisé sur un site sur le sud Ardèche pour être à disposition des équipes de Prévéntion spécialisée d'Aubenas, Bourg saint Andéol et Le Teil - Viviers. Un autre atelier sera situé sur le secteur d'Annonay en Nord Ardèche à la disposition des équipes de Prévention spécialisée de tain-Tournon et d'Annonay. Les jeunes seront accompagnés sur ce temps de chantiers éducatifs par un éducateur technique spécialisé en charge du portage technique de l'atelier et de son fonctionnement. Les jeunes seront également soutenus par la présence adaptée d'un éducateur spécialisé du service en fonction de leur situation et de leur évolution dans une démarche d'autonomie concernant l'assiduité, la mobilité, le respect des consignes, le respect de l'autorité... **Des temps d'initiation et de pré formation** sur l'atelier ou dans les locaux du service de prévention spécialisée, assurés par l'éducateurs technique et l'éducateur spécialisé. **Des temps d'accompagnement individualisé** sur la démarche d'accès à la formation et l'emploi: contact et liens avec la Mission locale, contact avec les chambres consulaires, visites d'entreprises...démarches assurées par l'éducateur technique spécialisé. **Des temps de travail sur soi** , partage d'expériences de vie...temps assurés par l'équipe éducative (French)

Another workshop will be located in the area of Annonay in Nord Ardèche at the disposal of the specialised prevention teams of tain-Tournon and Annonay. The young people will be accompanied by a technical educator specialised in the technical carrying of the workshop and its operation. Young people will also be supported by the appropriate presence of a specialised educator of the service according to their situation and their evolution in an approach of autonomy concerning attendance, mobility, compliance with instructions, respect for authority... **Induction and pre-training times** on the workshop or on the premises of the specialised prevention service, provided by the technical and specialised educators. **Individualised coaching times** on the approach of access to training and employment: contact and links with the local mission, contact with consular chambers, visits to companies... steps taken by the specialised technical educator. **Working time on oneself**, sharing life experiences...times provided by the educational team (English)
