L’opération concerne la réalisation des phases une et deux du Schéma Directeur Immobilier de la Polyclinique de Grande-Synthe et du programme d’amélioration de la performance énergétique de son patrimoine bâti. L’opération est divisée en une tranche ferme, concernant l’extension et la rénovation du niveau R+1 de la Polyclinique de Grande-Synthe et en une tranche conditionnelle, portant notamment sur la réhabilitation thermique de l’ensemble des façades du bâtiment existant et de certains organes techniques des R+3 et R+5. Le projet a trois objectifs principaux qui sont : - participer au renouvellement urbain de la ville de Grande-Synthe, - apporter de nouveaux usages par la création d’une extension et la restructuration de l’ensemble du premier étage, - atteindre des consommations énergétiques exemplaires pour le bâtiment réhabilité et le bâtiment neuf. La Polyclinique de Grande-Synthe est implantée dans un environnement boisé renforcé par la proximité immédiate du jardin public de Grande-Synthe. (French)

The operation is divided into a firm tranche, concerning the extension and renovation of the R+ 1 level of the Polyclinique de Grande-Synthe and a conditional tranche, covering in particular the thermal rehabilitation of all the facades of the existing building and of certain technical components of the R+ 3 and R+ 5. The project has three main objectives: — participate in the urban renewal of the city of Grande-Synthe, — bring new uses through the creation of an extension and restructuring of the entire first floor, — achieve exemplary energy consumption for the rehabilitated building and the new building. The Polyclinique de Grande-Synthe is located in a wooded environment reinforced by the immediate proximity of the public garden of Grande-Synthe. (English)
