This action aims to remobilise 8 inhabitants of the territory, very remote from employment by working at an integration site which supports the maintenance of semi-natural green areas (size, brushing, collection of waste...) and the development of the Seine Berges, as well as the maintenance of other green areas (parks, brownfields). These employees in integration work on the site with a technical manager of the association, at the rate of 4 days (26 hours) per week, and benefit from personalised social and professional support within the association, carried out by an integration officer. In order to complete and validate the technical skills acquired during construction, employees have the possibility in the course of their work to follow additional technical training aimed at preparing the validation of credit units of the Professional Title of Landscape Gardener. In 2016, employees will be able to benefit from one of the three modules of the Professional Title of Landscape Gardener. Cette action vise à remobiliser 8 habitants du territoire, très éloignés de l'emploi en les salariant au sein d'un chantier d'insertion ayant pour support l'entretien d'espaces verts semi naturels (taille, débroussaillage, ramassage de déchets...) et l'aménagement des Berges de Seine, ainsi que l'entretien d'autres espaces verts (parcs, friches). Ces salariés en insertion travaillent sur le chantier avec un encadrant technique de l'association, à raison de 4 jours (26 heures) par semaine, et bénéficient d'un accompagnement social et professionnel personnalisé au sein de l'association, réalisé par une chargée d'insertion. Afin de compléter et valider les compétences techniques acquises en cours de chantier, les salariés ont la possibilité en cours d'action de suivre une formation technique complémentaire, visant à préparer la validation d'unités capitalisables du Titre Professionnel de Jardinier Paysagiste. En 2016, les salariés pourront bénéficier d'un des trois modules du Titre Professionnel de Jardinier Paysagiste. En 2016, ce chantier concernera 8 nouveaux participants du PLIE d'Argenteuil- Bezons.
