The project is being implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Wiśniowa classified in areas where it is necessary to take the corrective measures listed in the Air Protection Programme in force in Annex 1 to Resolution No XXXII45117 of the Małopolskie Regional Assembly of 23 January 2017: The implementation of the municipal low emission reduction programmes PONE elimination of low legal fuel equipment by the municipality of Wiśniowa is not a spa village. the project results and is indicated in the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Wiśniowa 20172020 on the basis of an opinion delivered by WFOSiGW in Kraków. The programme identified a problem problem with low emissions from the municipal sector resulting from the combustion of solid fuels and waste and exceeded pollution standards such as PM10, PM2,5, benzopyren.In the main actions to reduce air pollution were identified as follows: ACTION 3. Action 3 includes project 3.1. Replacement of carbon boilers on carbon V classes: the project’s planned in 20182019 with the following action 4.4.3.Investment of the project consists of the replacement of outdated heat sources with solid fuel, into new high efficiency boilers fired with solid fuels in 25 individual dwellings. The fuel used will be characterised by lower emission rates than low-quality coal or waste. The scope of work in the single-family building includes the replacement of a boiler with the installation. the project did not foresee the use of renewable energy sources. the project does not plan to connect to the local district heating network as this does not occur in the municipality and it is not planned to create it by 2023. Projekt jest realizowany na terenie Gminy Wiśniowa zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym Programie Ochrony Powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego POP stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do uchwały Nr XXXII45117 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 23 stycznia 2017r. tj: Realizacja gminnych programów ograniczania niskiej emisji PONE eliminacja niskosprawnych urządzeń na paliwa stałe .Gmina Wiśniowa nie jest miejscowością uzdrowiskową.Projekt wynika i został wskazany w Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Wiśniowa 20172020 zaopiniowanym przez WFOŚiGW w Krakowie. W programie zidentyfikowano sytuację problemową związaną z występowaniem niskiej emisji z sektora komunalnego będącej wynikiem spalania paliw stałych i odpadów i przekroczonych norm zanieczyszczeń takich jak PM10, PM2,5, benzopiren.W planie wśród głównych działań mających na celu zmniejszenie zanieczyszczeń powietrza wskazano następujące: DZIAŁANIE 3. OGRANICZENIE ZUŻYCIA ENERGII i WYTWARZANIE ENERGII Z ODNAWIALNYCH ŹRÓDEŁ BUDOWNICTWO MIESZKANIOWE.W ramach działania 3 wskazano m.in. projekt 3.1. Wymiana kotłów węglowych na węglowe tzw. V klasy: zaplanowane w l. 20182019 z pozyskaniem dof. w ramach niniejszego konkursu do działania 4.4.3.Inwestycja realizowana w ramach projektu polega na wymianie przestarzałych źródeł ciepła zasilanych paliwem stałym, na nowe wysokosprawne kotły opalane paliwami stałymi w 25 budynkach mieszkalnych jednorodzinnych. Zastosowane paliwo będzie się charakteryzowało niższymi wskaźnikami emisji zanieczyszczeń niż węgiel niskiej jakości czy odpady. Zakres prac w ramach budynku jednorodzinnego obejmuje wymianę kotła wraz z instalacją.W projekcie nie przewidywano zastosowania odnawialnych źródeł energii.W projekcie nie planuje się podłączenia do lokalnej sieci ciepłowniczej ponieważ taka nie występuje na terenie Gminy i nie planuje się jej powstania do 2023 r.CD punkt Q (Polish)
