The project aims to improve air quality in Zakopane by reducing emissions of toxic dusts and gases. Development does not extend to the development of a network of district heating by helping the inhabitants to connect to the grid and to increase the number of green installations for gas, biomass and liquid pumps. The support will be based on the financing of the connection of the farm to the existing district heating network and the upgrade of the internal installation for compliance with the requirements.At the same time, the Applicant provides support to individual households for the replacement of old coal boilers for new gas, biomass and CIEP equipment. The investment will be based on the purchase and installation of the new equipment, together with support for the upgrading of an internal installation, at the time of such need. This type of investment will be realised when there is no technical or economic connection to the district heating network in the area concerned and will not be able to be connected to the district heating network by 2023. the households to be the final recipients of the project will first be subject to an energy audit, which will indicate whether a site needs a deep energy modernisation process or whether it meets the requirements laid down by UMWM in Part Q.Applicant will carry out the activities indicated: replacement of heat sources in 500 individual holdings for connection to a district heating network or replacement of an existing coal boiler on new equipment supporting gaseous fuel, biomass or a heat pump for raising environmental awareness, promoting green attitude and the sense of responsibility for the state of the environment, among the direct recipients of the Cd.wQ project results. Projekt ma na celu poprawę jakość powietrza w Zakopanem poprzez redukcję emisji trujących pyłów i gazów cieplarnianych. Dotyczy on rozwoju nie obejmuje rozbudowy sieci ciepłowniczej poprzez wsparcie mieszkańców w możliwość podłączenia się do sieci oraz zwiększenie liczby ekologicznych instalacji na gaz, biomasę i pomp ciepła.Przedmiotem inwestycji będzie rozwój sieci ciepłowniczej, w przypadku Zakopanego geotermalnej, poprzez wsparcie mieszkańców miasta posiadających gospodarstwa indywidualne w procesie podłączania do sieci. Wsparcie będzie oparte o dofinansowanie podłączenia się danego gospodarstwa do istniejącej sieci ciepłowniczej oraz modernizację wewnętrznej instalacji pod kątem dostosowania do wymogów.Jednocześnie w projekcie Wnioskodawca przewiduje wsparcie indywidualne gospodarstwa domowe przy wymianie starych kotłów węglowych na nowe urządzenia wykorzystujące gaz, biomasę i pompy ciep. Inwestycja będzie oparta o zakup i montaż nowego urządzenia wraz z wsparciem w modernizacje wewnętrznej instalacji, w momencie zajścia takiej potrzeby. Ten typ inwestycji będzie realizowany w momencie, gdy na danym obszarze nie będzie możliwości technicznej lub ekonomicznej podłączenia do sieci ciepłowniczej i brak będzie takiej możliwości do roku 2023.Wybrane gospodarstwa domowe, które będą odbiorcami ostatecznymi projektu, zostaną najpierw poddane audytowi energetycznemu, który wskaże, czy obiekt wymaga procesu głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej czy też spełnia wymogi określone przez UMWM opis w części Q.Wnioskodawca przeprowadzi wskazane działania: wymiana źródeł ciepła w 500 gospodarstwach indywidualnych w zakresie podłączenia do sieci ciepłowniczej lub wymiany istniejącego kotła węglowego na nowe urządzenia obsługujące paliwa gazowe, biomasę lub na pompę ciepła działania na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości ekologicznej, promujące postawy proekologiczne oraz poczucie odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska, wśród bezpośrednich odbiorców efektów projektu Cd.wQ (Polish)
