The purpose of the VIS and the VIS is to strengthen the nursery school quality and to align the educational and development opportunities of the 36Kids. Diagnosis of the needs of children with special needs at the early retirement age. The project will: * adapting the places in pre-school to Turkey’s needs, 2boys (modifications to a dedicated room for disabled children and the playground, to help to help and supplement the offer of specialisation and help to improve deficits) * to align the opportunities for 34 children with deficits by achieving the development of the computer. (j) Additional (Zaj. RKES) and the application by n-li of additional elements for the development of motor cars in children in their daily work in art-therapy and therapy of hand, * the upgrading of the comp. and the qualifications of 5n-li to adapt to the needs of pre-schoolers (post-graduate studies, training). The project will have a duration of 13 months. As a first step, the necessary purchases and upgrades will be made, followed by 12 monthly support for 36 children, including 2oN. Within 13 m-5, they will increase their professional qualifications for special training courses in specialised courses and 1 n-l for specific post-graduate qualifications. The project will contribute to raising the quality of pre-school education in the Academy, in particular as regards the adaptation of infrastructure, equipment and offer to the special needs of the ON and other children, with an irregularity in development. The performance indicators achieved in the project, both at product level and in the result, will improve the quality of education from the Academy offered by the Academy, in the context of the requirements of RozpMSEN z6.08.15. Projekt VIS a VIS POTRZEBOM ma na celu wzmocnienie jakości przedszkola i wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i rozwojowych 36dzieci.Zaplanowane działania są wynikową rekomendacji z przeprowadzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy własnej pt: Diagnoza potrzeb dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych w wieku przedszk. uczęszcz. do Akademia Przedszkolaka Max w Płocku oraz n-li pracujących w Akademii (02.2018r.). Projekt zakłada: *dostosowanie miejsc w przedszkolu do indywid. potrzeb dzieci z niepełnasprownościami (ON)–2chłopców (modyfikacje przestrzeni-sala dedykowana dlaON i plac zabaw, dotrudnienie n-la wspomagającego i uzupełnienie oferty specjalist.zajęć dodatk. oraz pomocy dydakt. zg.z zapotrzebowaniem wyrównywania deficytów) *wyrównanie szans 34dzieci z deficytami poprzez realizację rozwoju komp.emocjonalno-społecznych w formie zaj.dodatkowych (Zaj. RKES) i stosowanie przez n-li dodatkowych elementów rozwoju motoryki małej u dzieci w codziennej pracy z zakresu arteterapii i terapii ręki, *doskonalenie komp. i kwalifikacji 5n-li celem dostosowania do ind.potrzeb przedszkolaków (studia podyplomowe, szkolenia). Projekt trwał będzie 13 m-cy. W pierwszej kolejności dokonane zostaną niezbędne zakupy i modernizacje, następnie 12 miesięczne wsparcie 36 dzieci,w tym 2ON. W ciągu 13m-cy 5n-li podniesie swoje zawodowe komp. w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej na wyspecjalizowanych tematycznie szkoleniach i 1 n-l nabędzie kwalifikacje zawodowe na konkretnych studiach podyplomowych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Akademii, w szczególności w zakresie dostosowania infrastruktury, wyposażenia i oferty do specj.potrzeb edukacyjnych ON i pozostałych dzieci z nieprawidłowościami w rozwoju. Osiągnięte w projekcie wskaźniki realizacji celów,tak na poziomie produktu, jak i rezultatu pozwolą na podniesie jakości edukacji przedszk oferowanej w Akademii, szcz w kontekście wymagań RozpMEN z6.08.15.
