The project aims to increase the availability to high quality pre-school provision adapted to the needs of 99 children with disabilities/deficits (39 girls, 60 boys) and to enhance the professional capacity of 35 teachers in the urban area of the city of P³ocy Poluce No 31 in Plock (MP31) and in the city of Berlin of the city of Pracy in Plock (MP15) in Plock (MP15) in Płock (MP), within a period of 18 months of the project. The objective will be achieved through the provision of additional free of charge, the adaptation of existing places to the needs of children with disabilities and the improvement of teachers’ skills and competences for working with children with disabilities/from pre-school age deficits. The purchase of modern teaching and therapy equipment and materials, as well as the possibility to benefit from additional free services, will improve the acclimatisation of children and their functioning as part of pre-school and inclusive education. Teachers will be enriched by their workshop by participating in courses, trainings and studies. This will make it possible to structure the knowledge and more detailed working methods in view of the specific needs of the specific target group. A comprehensive approach to diagnosed early childhood problems will ensure that children with disabilities/deficits are able to participate in high-quality pre-school education. (English) | |||

Projekt jest adresowany do 99 przedszkolaków oraz 35 nauczycielek z płockich przedszkoli integracyjnych nr 31 i nr 15 w Płocku. Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności do wysokiej jakości oferty przedszkolnej dostosowanej do potrzeb 99 dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami/deficytami (39 dziewczynek, 60 chłopców) oraz podniesienie potencjału zawodowego 35 nauczycielek w Miejskim Przedszkolu z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 31 w Płocku (MP31) oraz w Miejskim Przedszkolu z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 15 w Płocku (MP15), w okresie 18 miesięcy realizacji projektu. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zagwarantowanie dodatkowej bezpłatnej oferty specjalistycznej, dostosowanie istniejących miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami oraz doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli do pracy z dziećmi niepełnosprawnymi/z deficytami w wieku przedszkolnym. Zakup nowoczesnego sprzętu i materiałów dydaktycznych do prowadzenia zajęć i terapii oraz możliwość korzystania z dodatkowych bezpłatnych usług specjalistycznych przełoży się na lepszą aklimatyzację dzieci i ich funkcjonowanie w ramach edukacji przedszkolnej i włączającej. Nauczyciele wzbogacą swój warsztat pracy poprzez uczestnictwo w kursach, szkoleniach i studiach. Pozwoli to na usystematyzowanie posiadanej wiedzy oraz uszczegółowienie metod pracy pod kątem specyficznych potrzeb konkretnej grupy docelowej. Tak kompleksowe podejście do zdiagnozowanych problemów płockich przedszkoli zapewni możliwość uczestnictwa dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami/deficytami w wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej.
