    Projektem objęty jest budynek Zespołu Szkół w Łomnicy-Zdroju. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym dla budynku zdecydowano się na ujęcie w zakresie projektu następujących prac: 1. Docieplenie ścian, wymiana stolarki: - Wymiana instalacji c.o.na nową instalację z grzejnikami wyposażonymi w zawory termostatyczne (wraz z głowicami) oraz zawory podpionowe; - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych technologii lekkiej-mokrej, gdzie grubość warstwy izolacji wyniesie 20 cm.; - Ocieplenie poddasza warstwą izolacji o grubości 18 cm, układaną na stropie poddasza. - Ocieplenie poddasza nad łącznikiem warstwą izolacji o grubości 20 cm; - Ocieplenie stropodachu warstwą izolacji o grubości 25 cm; - Wymiana stolarki okiennej (dotychczas nie wymienionej) na stolarkę (z PCV, profili AL. lub drewna) o całkowitym współczynniku Umax=1,10 W/(m2K); - Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych drewnianych (wcześniej nie wymienionych) na drzwi (z PCV, aluminium lub drewna) o całkowitym współczynniku Umax=1,30 W/(m2K). - Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych stalowych (wcześniej nie wymienionych) na drzwi (z PCV, aluminium lub drewna) o całkowitym współczynniku Umax=1,30 W/(m2K), - Modernizacja luksfer poprzez zastąpienie ich stolarką (z PCV, profili AL. lub drewna) o całkowitym współczynniku Umax=1,10 W/(m2K). Projekt cechują następujące wskaźniki: 1. % wartość poprawy efektywności energetycznej: 49,5 %; 2. W projekcie zostały zastosowane liczniki ciepła; 3. Audyt energetyczny budynku wskazuje na konieczność wprowadzenia urządzeń utrzymujących zadaną temp. poprzez aktywne działanie (termostaty) i/lub regulatory różnicy ciśnień (zawory podpionowe). W projekcie zostały zastosowane ww. urządzenia. 4. % wartość redukcji emisji CO2: 48,5%; 5. % wartość obniżenia emisji pyłów (PM 10 i PM 2,5): 49,5%. (Polish)
