THE TARGET GROUPS: 72persons (44K/28M) r.18, who are residing in a district of August, the Płocki, Płocki, Płock, mława, Przasnyi, maskowskie, Łępowski in war — Mazowieckie (in the sense of office.CC), who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who have suffered multiple exclusion as an exclusion on account of more than one of the conditions, in accordance with Chapter 3, point 13, of the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and combating poverty using the ESF and ERDF at l.2014-2020-100 % UP ttj72os., including: — unemployed persons to whom only the instruments and services of the labour market are not sufficient, including that for which III has been assigned an aid profile (in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions) — min.20 % UP tj.15os., -persons with disabilities (ON) -min.30 % UP tj 22os, -os.benefiting from POR 2014-2020 (preferred group), and the scope of support in the form of support will not duplicate actions which the person concerned receives/has received as part of accompanying measures in POP-min.40 % UP tj.29os. TASKS: (1) Diagnosis of needs and potentials; (2) Specialised expertise; 3) Professional services; 4) European social skills; 5) Individual coaching for persons with disabilities; 6) Vocational training; 7) Professional traineeship.
