In particular No 2/nawiązało, cooperation with 8 JTS for comprehensive support to 80 large families, families with children, families with elderly people, families with persons with disabilities and families with other dependent persons and families with other dependants and single-parent families, residing at powiaty:siedlecki,łosicki,powiat the city of Siedlce.Adliko to employment 80 UP by increasing support and personalised reintegration path, including individual training. Major project objective — to raise the professional skills of 48k and 32 m customers of the cooperating third-country nationals who improve employability and prevent social exclusion and poverty by 30.09.2019. Target group 5k and 3M, the environment in/in the most common workers, whose participation is essential to the effective support of the UP and the proper functioning of their families. Achievement of the target will be verified by measuring direct result indicators: lime. OP who obtained a qualifying post after having left the programme and working after leaving pro and output indicators: counted for at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the framework of the litas. It supported in the programme. UP will be integrated into professional reintegration, training and counselling courses, courses, traineeships and active participation in local initiatives. Partnerstwo NGO-PES-BIZNES-Przedstawiciel JST/KRYT. mer. Szczegół.nr 2/nawiązało współpracę z 8 JST w zakresie kompleksowego wsparciem 80 rodzin wielodzietnych,ubogich rodziny z dziećmi,rodzin z osobami starszymi,rodzin z osobami z niepełnosprawnościami oraz rodzin z innymi osobami niesamodzielnymi i rodziców samotnie wychowujących dzieci,zamieszkałych powiaty:siedlecki,łosicki,powiat miasto Siedlce.Przybliży do zatrudnienia 80 UP poprzez zwiększenie intensywności wsparcia i zindywidualiz.ścieżkę reintegracji, w tym indywidualny trening pracy. Cel główny projektu-podniesienie kompetencji społ.-zawodowych przez 48k i 32m klientów współpracujących OPS-ów zwiększających szanse na zatrudnienie i zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społ. i ubóstwa os. wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ.do 30.09.2019r. Grupa docelowa-os. korzystające ze świadczeń z pom. społ., w tym preferowane -os. korzystające z PO PŻ, 60 os. bezrobotnych, w tym 40os.bezrob. którym przypisano III profil pomocy, 8osób z niepełn.,- os. nieaktywne zawod. 5K i 3M, otoczenie w/w osób najczęściej spokrew.których udział jest niezbędny dla skutecznego wsparcia UP i prawidłowego funkcjonowania ich rodzin. Realizacja celu zostanie zweryfikowana poprzez pomiar wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego: licz. UP,którzy uzyskali kwalif. po zakoń. proj.poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu i pracujących po opuszczeniu pro oraz wskaźniki produktu: licz.os.zagrożonych ubóstem lub wykluczeniem społ. objętych wsparciem w prog. licz. ON objętych wsparciem w programie. UP zostaną objęci reintegracją społ-zawodową, treningiem pracy i poradnictwem, kursami, stażami, oraz włączeni do czynnego udziału w lokalnych inicjatywach społ.
