The project is included in the list of projects agreed for the Skądecki subregion, approved by a resolution of the Regional Forum and then by a resolution of the Executive Board of the Malopolska Region. Exchange of heat sources in individual households in Gfish City. Replacement of old boilers, furnaces and heating appliances on solid fuels, including the installation of internal installations in the building necessary for the proper functioning of the new heating system using gaseous fuels. Material scope/products in the project/investment (using numerical data): Material scope includes: • exchange of furnaces, furnaces or boilers fired by heating using gaseous fuel, with the necessary internal installation — 17 t. The beneficiary shall ensure a CO2 reduction of at least 30 % in addition to the heating device supported from the beginning of the programming period with the minimum energy efficiency and pollutant emission standards applicable from the end of 2020 and which are laid down in the implementing measures of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products. Key requirements for equipment under the Directive: Minimum energy efficiency — 75 % for boilers with a rated heat output of up to 20 kW, 77 % for boilers with a rated heat output of more than 20 kW — Maximum emission of carbon monoxide (CO) — 500 mg/m³ — Maximum emissions of organic gaseous compounds (OGC) — 20 mg/m³ — Maximum emission of particulate matter (PM) — 40 mg/m³ — Maximum emission of oxides of nitrogen (NOx), expressed as nitrogen dioxide equivalent (NO2) — 200 mg/m³ for biomass boilers 350 mg/m³, for biomass boilers.
