The main aim of the project is to increase the quality and effectiveness of educational advisory and delivery advice to the 14th European Councils for education and training by the sixth year 2018. The project is planned to carry out 4 tasks: the organisation of post-graduate studies for 14 teachers (12K and 2M) on the eligibility of educational and vocational counsellors, training for 14 (13K and 1M) of educational and vocational counsellors, the creation of the Scottish School Information Centres in 14 gimcles and courses and activities aimed at increasing the competence of soft participants. The project will support 460 students (242K and 218M). In the framework of the operation of the School Information Centres and Career Development, collective classes (1680 h), individual (1320 h) and consultations (960 h) for pupils aimed at preparing young men in general education to make an informed decision about the further course of education and the selection of the profession will be carried out. In addition, a minimum of 42 visits to the work.Any point, as part of the project, will be given to the following: laptop, printer, software package and teaching aids (guides, guides, books, educational films, etc). In addition, two points will be provided with furniture (PG6 and PG 14). Duration of the project: VIII 2016-VI 2018. The applicant shall ensure the comprehensive nature of the support for vocational education and training in Radom in Radom, by obtaining the qualification of educational and vocational counsellors by teachers carrying out educational advisory tasks in schools, by improving the qualification of educational and professional advisors for advice, by setting up a School Information Point and by Career Cooperation, including cooperation with the labour market (4nd edition). The actions planned in the project comply with the principle of additionality of EFR, and the scale of activities and investments in educational advisory and training schools before the project will not be reduced. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie do VI 2018 roku jakości i efektywności doradztwa edukacyjno – zawodowego prowadzonego w 14 radomskich gimnazjach. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację 4 zadań: organizację studiów podyplomowych dla 14 nauczycieli (12K i 2M) z zakresu uzyskania kwalifikacji doradców edukacyjno - zawodowych, szkolenia dla 14 (13K i 1M) doradców edukacyjno – zawodowych, utworzenie w 14 gimnazjach radomskich Szkolnych Punktów Informacji i Kariery oraz zajęcia mające na celu zwiększenie kompetencji miękkich uczestników. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 460 uczniów (242K i 218M). W ramach funkcjonowania Szkolnych Punktów Informacji i Kariery będą przeprowadzone zajęcia grupowe (1680 godz), indywidualne (1320 godz) oraz konsultacje (960 godz) dla uczniów mające na celu przygotowanie młodzieży gimnazjum do świadomego podjęcia decyzji o wyborze dalszego kierunku kształcenia oraz wyboru zawodu. Ponadto zaplanowano minimum 42 wizyty w zakładach pracy.Każdy Punkt, w ramach projektu, otrzyma zestaw startowy: laptop, drukarkę, pakiet programów komputerowych i pomocy dydaktycznych (poradniki, informatory, książki, filmy edukacyjne itp). Dodatkowo dwa punkty zostaną wyposażone w meble (PG6 i PG 14). Okres realizacji projektu: VIII 2016-VI 2018. Wnioskodawca zapewnia kompleksowość wsparcia w zakresie doradztwa edukacyjno- zawodowego w szkołach gimnazjalnych w Radomiu poprzez uzyskiwanie kwalifikacji doradców edukacyjno- zawodowych przez nauczycieli realizujących zadania z zakresu doradztwa edukacyjno- zawodowego w szkołach, podnoszenie kwalifikacji doradców edukacyjno - zawodowych realizujących zadania z zakresu doradztwa, tworzenie Szkolnych Punktów Informacji i Kariery w tym współpracę z rynkiem pracy(4k.dost). Działania zaplanowane w projekcie spełniają zasadę dodatkowości wsparcia EFS. skala działań i nakładów w zakresie prowadzonego przez szkoły doradztwa edukacyjno- zawodowego przed projektem nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu.
