The project is in line with the objectives of RPOWM2014-2020 and with the diagnosis contained in RPOWM2014-2020. The project supports the period 01.08.2016-31.12.2017 of 384 (K192iM192) of persons aged over 25 with low qualifications in lifelong learning through the acquisition and/or upgrading of key competences in English and ICT. Training with English will be completed by an external certificate and by the TOEIC exam carried out by the Educational Testing Service confirming the attainment of a specific level of language proficiency (in accordance with the European System of Reference of Language Training). The ICT training will be completed by an external certificate and by the ECDL PROFILE DIGCOMP/IC3 exam by PTI/FIT supporting specific digital competences at basic level (A), advanced (B). ICT foresees 5 areas and 21 competences according to Digital Competence Framework. A gender analysis — the quantitative data correspond to the problem area and geographical delivery of the project. The project is driven by 50 % to K and 50 % to M (Realisation of horizontal policies: Local development — a diagnosis was made for the purpose of implementing the project and surveys were carried out in the Mazowieckie region. The diagnosis revealed the need to raise competences in ICT and in English. The sustainable design of the project will not contribute to degeneration of the environment, and the proposed educational programme encourages and promotes its policies. Equality of opportunity — the criterion of project recruitment and access to information does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, disability). The project involves the programming of content for the labour market. It will be in partnership. Training will be completed by 100 % of participants and 100 % will proceed to external regions. Projekt jest zgodny z celami RPOWM2014-2020 oraz z diagnozą zawartą w RPOWM2014-2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie w okresie od 01.08.2016-31.12.2017 r. 384(K192iM192) osób powyżej 25 r. życia o niskich kwalifikacjach w uczeniu się przez całe życie przez nabycie i/lub podwyższenie kompetencji kluczowych z j. angielskiego i Technologii Informacyjno-Komunikacyjnych (TIK). Szkolenia z j. angielskiego zakończone będą zewnętrznym certyfikatem oraz egzaminem TOEIC przeprowadzonym przez Educational Testing Service potwierdzającym zdobycie określonego poziomu biegłości językowej (zgodnie z Europejskim Systemem Opisu Kształcenia Językowego). Szkolenia z TIK zakończone będą zewnętrznym certyfikatem oraz egzaminem ECDL PROFILE DIGCOMP/IC3 przeprowadzonym przez PTI/FIT potwierdzające określone kompetencje cyfrowe na poziomie podstawowym (A), średniozaawansowanym (B). W ramach TIK przewidziano 5 obszarów i 21 kompetencji zgodnie z przygotowanymi ramami kompetencji informatycznych i informacyjnych (Digital Competence Framework). Analiza pod kątem płci – dane ilościowe odpowiadają obszarowi problemowemu i geograficznemu realizacji projektu. Projekt kieruje wsparcie w 50% do K i w 50% do M (Realizacja polityk horyzontalnych: Rozwój lokalny - na potrzeby realizacji projektu dokonano diagnozy oraz przeprowadzono badania ankietowe na obszarze w. mazowieckiego. Diagnoza ujawniła potrzebę podnoszenia kompetencji w z zakresu TIK i j. angielskiego. Zrównoważony rozwój-projekt nie przyczyni się do degeneracji środowiska naturalnego, a zaoferowany program edukacyjny sprzyja i propaguje w/w politykę. Równość szans - kryterium rekrutacji w projekcie i dostęp do informacji nie dyskryminuje ze względu na rasę, kolor skóry, niepełnosprawność). Projekt zakłada programowanie treści pod kątem rynku pracy. Realiz. będzie w partnerstwie. Szkolenia ukończy 100% uczestników i 100% przystąpi do eg. zewnętrznych. Na każdym etapie realiz. projektu przestrzegane będzie prawo krajowe, w tym PZP. (Polish)
