Thorough thermo-modernisation of the building bottling mineral water, 2. Replacement of the heat source for the purposes of mineral water bottling, 3. An exchange of bottlers of mineral, pharmaceuticals and drinks in glass packaging. Ad. 1. A thorough renovation of the mineral water packaging of the building will include the following activities: picture of an existing roof panel, replacement of roof structures, roof covering, roofing a layered plate with a balanced performance audit, renovation of walls of materials defined in the energy audit, modernisation of the floor through containment and insulation, replacement of gates and windows to meet energy efficiency requirements, modernisation of the mechanical ventilation system using the interchangeability system, installation of a heat pump, dismantling of existing gas furnaces, dismantling of a piping for the delivery medium to the receiver. Ad. 2. The replacement of the heat source for the purposes of mineral water bottling will include activities of: deployment of new energy-efficient furnaces, installation of a BMS.Ad. energy management system. 3. There will be an exchange of bottlers of mineral and medicinal waters, and beverages in glass packaging, which will include activities of: replacement of filling machines producing mineral water and beverages in the packaging glass, including: glass bottle cutters, washing glass bottles and box boxes, pots with cap, bottle cleaner, saturator blender with filtration station, buffer tank, plate transport, box transporters, glass box trucks and box pallets. Przedsięwzięcie ma charakter termomodernizacyjny oraz przyczyniający się do optymalizacji gospodarowania energią i zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej w przedsiębiorstwie Uzdrowisko Wysowa S.A., na którego terenie będzie realizowane, a w szczególności będzie obejmować:1. Gruntowną termomodernizację budynku rozlewni wód mineralnych,2. Wymianę źródła ciepła dla potrzeb rozlewni wód mineralnych,3. Wymianę linii rozlewniczej produkującej wody mineralne, lecznicze i napoje w opakowaniach szklanych. Ad. 1. Gruntowna termomodernizacja budynku rozlewni wód mineralnych obejmować będzie działania: zdjęcie dotychczasowego poszycia dachowego, wymiana konstrukcji dachowej, pokrycie dachu płytą warstwową o nakreślonych audytem parametrach, termomodernizacja ścian materiałami określonymi w audycie energetycznym, modernizacja posadzki poprzez odizolowanie jej od podłoża oraz ocieplenie, wymiana bram i okien na spełniające wymogi energooszczędności, modernizacja systemu wentylacji mechanicznej z zastosowaniem wymiennika. wykonanie instalacji przyłączeniowej, montaż pompy ciepła, demontaż istniejących pieców gazowych, demontaż układu rurowego doprowadzającego medium do odbiorników.Ad. 2. Wymiana źródła ciepła dla potrzeb rozlewni wód mineralnych obejmować będzie działania : posadowienie nowych, efektywnych energetycznie pieców, montaż inteligentnego systemu zarządzania energią BMS.Ad. 3. Wymiana linii rozlewniczej produkującej wody mineralne, lecznicze i napoje w opakowaniach szklanych obejmować będzie działania: wymiana maszyn rozlewniczych produkujących wodę mineralną i napoje w opakowaniu szklanym w tym: wyładowarki butelek szklanych, myjni butelek szklanych i myjni skrzynek, rozlewaczki z kapslownicą, inspektora czystości butelek, miksera saturatora wraz ze stacją filtracji, zbiornika buforowego, transporterów płytkowych, transporterów skrzynek, załadowarki butelek szklanych i paletyzatora skrzynek.
