The aim of the project is to implement activities related to the broader internationalisation of the company. The main objectives of the project are to: 1. The implementation of the project will increase the Company’s export performance by expanding its export activities to Germany, which is clear from the increase in sales of export products and the value of Polish exports as a whole. 2. Engaging with stakeholders in the international market will contribute to the promotion of Małopolska as an attractive economic partner and as a venue for establishing valuable business contacts. 3. The effect of promoting firms in the foreign market will be to strengthen the recognition of small Polish products and brands on international markets. 4. The established international relations will allow for the conclusion of new strategic alliances to strengthen the learning potential and at the same time building the climate and culture for innovation in ZM Zbyszko. It plans to use partners’ resources to transfer technology and knowledge about production processes. The purpose of this action will be to put in place appropriate organisational changes in the company which will result in the creation of innovative products and their sale on defined market outlets. 5. The development of export sales will help to increase the degree of internationalisation of the ZM “precision”, as new business contacts will be made and the company will increase the number of international transactions carried out. 6. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja działań związanych z szeroko rozumianą internacjonalizacją przedsiębiorstwa. Główne założenia projektu prowadzą do: 1. Wdrożenie projektu przyczyni się do intensyfikacji działalności eksportowej Przedsiębiorstwa poprzez rozszerzenie działalności eksportowej do Niemiec, co jest jednoznaczne ze wzrostem przychodu ze sprzedaży produktów na eksport oraz wartości polskiego eksportu w ujęciu całościowym. 2. Nawiązanie współpracy z podmiotami na rynku międzynarodowym przyczyni się do promocji Małopolski jako atrakcyjnego partnera gospodarczego i miejsca nawiązywania wartościowych kontaktów handlowych. 3. Efektem promocji Firmy na rynku zagranicznym będzie wzmocnienie rozpoznawalności małopolskich produktów i marek na rynkach międzynarodowych. 4. Nawiązane relacji międzynarodowych pozwolą na zawarcie nowych aliansów strategicznych, których celem będzie wzmocnienie potencjału uczenia się, a zarazem budowy klimatu i kultury do innowacji w firmie ZM PRECYZJA. W ramach aliansów planuje się wykorzystanie zasobów partnerów do transferu technologii oraz wiedzy o procesach produkcji. Celem tego działania będzie wprowadzenie odpowiednich zmian organizacyjnoprocesowych w przedsiębiorstwie, których efektem będzie stworzenie innowacyjnych produktów i sprzedaży ich na zdefiniowanych rynkach zbytu. 5. Rozwój sprzedaży eksportowej przyczyni się do podniesienia stopnia umiędzynarodowienia ZM PRECYZJA, gdyż nawiązane zostaną nowe kontakty handlowe, a Firma zwiększy liczbę realizowanych transakcji międzynarodowych. 6.
