The project consists of the preparation and implementation of an international activity strategy. The project was preceded by the purchase of an advisory service for the development of a strategy of international entry into new foreign markets for the UK and the UAE. The strategy will enable the main export objectives to be achieved, by identifying and justifying new markets for the export activities of the company and by indicating the organisational change in addition to the establishment plan already existing within the company by one competence of the port division. Advice on the development of an international activity strategy incurred prior to the submission of the marketing strategy proposed for the implementation of the marketing strategy, which was recommended for the implementation of the marketing action, as recommended by the Done Strategy for marketing activities, which are recommended for the implementation of the marketing action, as recommended by the Global Strategy: the AUHeading in trade fairs as an exhibitor oriented to foreign markets, the construction and operation of an exhibition stand with an international dimension, implementation of promotional material: big 5 2629.11.2017r in Dubai Dubai of an event dedicated to the market in the ZEAInternational Fair, in Poznań, 0609.03.2018, an event dedicated to the market in the UK market, including advice on the design of promotional and promotional materials, on the websites of Int mobile applications, for the promotion and sale on destinations abroad, the preparation of offers for cooperation and trade negotiations, and their business activities for all selected foreign markets, will be based on the above mentioned AC instruments.
